"The beta for the new Twisted Treeline in full swing, and now you have the opportunity to scope the lay of the land by playing against AI opponents. To help you get a handle on the new gameplay, we’ve added TT to Co-op vs. AI matchmaking for the first time ever. Here you can try out new builds and test your skills against Beginner and Intermediate bots specifically designed for the new terrain and mechanics. You can also add these bots to your Custom games if want to practice on your own, or fill the gaps in a game with your friends.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve launched our latest addition to the Tribunal: The Justice Review!

This feature is part of a large-scale experiment aimed at increasing voting accuracy and providing players with tangible feedback about their voting record and effectiveness. After taking a look at some of our initial results and listening to community feedback, we determined that there was room for improvement with the Justice Review, Halls of Justice and the Tribunal. Though we aren’t quite ready to release the Halls of Justice, we’ve implemented the following changes:

• Adjusted “accuracy” and “streaks” in the Justice Review to be more precise.
• Player Justice Ratings have been reset to 1200. Recent Tribunal voters may have an initial Justice Rating.
• Fixed issues where some punished players would not receive notifications or Reform Cards. We’ve retroactively sent emails to these players.
• Innocent players were very rarely banned, while toxic players more often went unpunished. Because of this, we’ve adjusted the Tribunal algorithms to be less lenient.

"This is a client bug that was unfortunately introduced with the patch.

Ranked teams still only require 5 games to become ranked and will still qualify for rewards after only 5 games. You just temporarily aren't able to see your team's rating if the team has played fewer than 10 games.

We're investigating the possibility of a hotfix since the end of the season is coming up shortly."

"The poll results are final, and the Shadow Isles skins will be Legacy. They will be in the store from the next patch until November 13. As with all Legacy skins, they may return to the store for special events in the future.

The timing of the next patch is unknown at this time. It is a large patch and is being worked on diligently day and night here at Riot."

"As we venture deeper into the mysterious mists of the Shadow Isles, summoner icons are taking on some dreadful new facades. In celebration of the upcoming patch, we’ll be offering some sinister new summoner icons when you purchase RP. There are five icons to collect based on the total RP you purchase between October 1 and November 13. Your new summoner icons will be unleashed after the release of the Shadow Isles patch to haunt your profile forevermore.

Here’s the breakdown:

Tier 1 (any RP amount): Spiteful Specter
Tier 2 (1,000+ RP): Baleful Grasp plus Tier 1
Tier 3 (2,500+ RP): Death Mask plus Tiers 1-2
Tier 4 (5,000+ RP): Deadfall Treant plus Tiers 1-3
Tier 5 (10,000+ RP): Vengeful Wraith plus Tiers 1-4
If you purchase RP and meet a new tier after the patch, it’ll take about ten minutes after your transaction is processed before your new icons are available to use.

"I think we're looking at a similar approach with Blitz. We're in the couple days before patch lockdown, so getting the testing we need in. We agree there's places to remove power and not fun (Q + E will probably always feel good!)"
