"This is a follow up to the poll a couple days ago on Shadow Isles and Harrowing skins. Based on the evolving results since the first poll was called final, we have taken steps this weekend to ensure we can make a last minute change to the skin plan if the results warrant.The poll will be left open for a much more reasonable amount of time this time around, closing mid-Tuesday morning.
We have decided to repost a simpler version of the poll to address only the question that is now inconclusive from the first poll. Should the Shadow Isle skins stay in the store after the Harrowing holiday? The skins in question are:
Headless Hecarim
Haunted Maokai
Underworld Twisted Fate
The poll will be posted on NA, EUW and EUNE and the results will be tabulated at the end of Monday."

Have the great leader crest, yellow; i won 9 games in a row and was honored as friendly for them all, i also recieved the blue crest animation for helpfull, however;it has never showed up on my profile shortly after

Shouldnt zombie brand and the shadow isle skins just be considered harrowing skins while headmistress fiona and pirate ryze are just 2 new skins that arent related to a holiday, and the death blossom Elise is just her second skin like all other new champions? Technically now Ryze has two halloween skins and there are like 4 or 5 other champions who have a pirate skin already... Just confused with this.

Actually if you read the thread regarding skins, Hippa did say that Legacy skins maybe unlocked for good behaved players in the future.

Damn, why harrowing skins are going to be legacy and not limited as skins from previous halloween?! I think it's a bit unfair due to the fact I will be never available to buy for example Bewitched Nidalee,Haunting Nocturne or Kitty Cat Katarina (which are awesome imo). I know that no legacy skin was back in the store yet(but i'm not 100% sure so correct me if im wrong) but it seems not fair for players that wanted to buy some uniqe skins this year, and can't buy a lot of awesome skins from prevoius years and events cause they were limited(for example christmas or soccer skins).
