Irelia Champion Update

"I am both the tranquil sea and the tempest." Following multiple teasers and her champion revealIrelia's champion update is now on the PBE for testing! Just like Swain and Evelynn, this is a LARGE scope champion update complete with new gameplay, visuals, updated skins, voiceover, and more!
Before we get into the sharp details, here's Riot Ranger XIV with an Irelia bug thread:
Hello there everyone! 
Irelia is ready to run wild in PBE. However, we do know she is not perfect right now. We are still working on polish, but to help us, please let us know of any bugs that you happen to see or be a part of! 
Things that we know: 
Order of the Lotus is disabled today. We had an issue with the model and she'll be available tomorrow! 
You're going to see or hear some issues with Frostbuns and Infiltrator. We are currently in the works of wrapping those two skins up for Audio. Please be patient the first couple days of PBE. However, please give us feedback on the sounds you do hear, we would love to know what you think!

  • Attack Speed Growth: 2.5
  • Movespeed: 340
  • Attack Range: 200

Ionian Fervor (Passive)
"When Irelia hits enemies with her abilities, she gains a stack of Ionian Fervor for 6 seconds. Her basic attacks deal [4/5/6/7/9/10/11/12/14/16/18/20/22/24 at 1/3/5/7/9/10/11/12/13/14/15/16/17/18] bonus magic damage per stack. 
At max (4) stacks, Ionian Fervor also grants [20/30/40% at 1/7/13] Attack speed and deals 300% damage to shields.  
Ionian Fervor's duration is refreshed when Irelia attacks a champion.
An ability will grant multiple stacks if it hits multiple champions."

Bladesurge (Q)
Cost: 20 Mana
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds
Irelia dashes to an enemy, dealing 10/30/50/70/90 (+70% AD) physical damage, applying on-hit effects and healing for [12% AD] health. 
Bladesurge's cooldown is reset if the target was Marked or dies to Bladesurge. 
Bladesurge deals 60% bonus damage to non-champions.

Defiant Dance (W)
Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Mana
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds
First Cast: Irelia aligns her blades into a defensive formation, gaining 45/50/55/60/65% (+10% AP) damage reduction and a stack of Ionian Fervor but becoming unable to act. 
Second Cast: Irelia swipes her blades, dealing 10/30/50/70/90 (+60% AD) (+45% AP) physical damage. Damage increases with charge time, up to 20/60/100/140/180 (+120% AD) (+90% AP) after .75 seconds. 
Defiant Dance cannot be interrupted. 
Quick Cast: Hold down instead of casting twice.

Flawless Duet (E)
Cost: 50 Mana
Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
Irelia readies 2 blades that will fly towards each other once placed, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+80% AP) magic damage and stunning for .8/.9/1/1.1/1.2 seconds. 
Champions and large monsters are Marked for 6 seconds.

Vanguard's Edge (R)
Cost: 100 Mana
Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds
Irelia launches a storm of blades that explode outward upon hitting a champion. The blades deal 150/275/400 (+70% AP) magic damage and Mark champions and large monsters for 6 seconds. 
Irelia then forms the blades into a wall for 2.5/3/3.5 seconds. Passing through the wall deals 125/200/275 (+70% AP) magic damage, slows by 60% and disarms for 2 seconds. 
Disarmed enemies cannot basic attack.

"The Noxian occupation of Ionia produced many heroes, none more unlikely than young Irelia of Navori. Trained in the ancient dances of her province, she adapted her art for war, using the graceful and carefully practised movements to levitate a host of deadly blades. After proving herself as a fighter, she was thrust into the role of resistance leader and figurehead, and to this day remains dedicated to the preservation of her homeland."

Lancer Stratus Wukong

  • Essence Theft (Passive)
    • [Changed Effect] "Whenever Ahri's spells hit a champion, she's refunded 15% of its cost."
  • Orb of Deception (Q) 
    • [Removed] no longer grants movement speed 
    • [New Effect] "Casting Orb of Deception builds stacks. At 2 stacks, Ahri's next Orb of Deception will restore x (+x) health for each new enemy hit."
  • Fox-Fire (W) 
    • Cooldown lowered from 9/8/7/6/5 to 6/5.5/5/4.5/4
    • initial Delay increased from 0.25 to 0.4
    • [Changed Effect] Cooldown begins on cast instead of after the last fox-fire attacks/expires 
    • Damage changed from 40/65/90/115/140 (30% AP) to 40/65/90/115/140 (40% AP) 
  • Charm (E)

  • Spirit Rush (R) 
    • Cooldown increased from 110/95/80 to 120/105/90 
    • Damage changed from 70/110/150 (+25% AP) to 70/100/130 (35% AP)

  • Sigil of Malice (Q):
    • Damage lowered from 55/90/125/160/195 (+0.5 AP) to 55/80/105/130/155 (+0.4 AP)
    • Mark Damage: 55/80/105/130/155 (+0.4 AP)
    • Mana Cost increased from 40/45/50/55/60 to 50/60/70/80/90 
  • Distortion (W):
    • Damage increased from 40/55/70/85/100 (+0.2 AP) to 85/125/165/205/245 (+0.6 AP)

    • Dash Speed lowered from 1600 to 1450

    Locket of the Iron Solari
    • Unique Active
      • shield value lowered from[38 (+22 per level)] to [30 (+10 per level)]
      • bonus health lowered from [2% ~ 36%] to [10% ~ 20%]
      • Lockout time after being effected by another Locket increased from 8 seconds to 20 seconds 
      • [New Effect] "While active, allies with this shield take 50% reduced damage from Area of Effect Damage."

    Approach Velocity (I4)
    • Movement speed increased from 10% to 15%

    Bone Plating (R2)
    • Cooldown changed from 45s to [70s - 40s]

    Legend: Tenacity (P3)
    • Additional tenacity per stack increased from 1.5% to 2.5%

    Cut Down  (P4)
    • Max health threshold lowered from 2000 to 1500
    • Max damage increased from 10% to 12%

    Absolute Focus (S3)
    • Tooltip now notes "Grants 3 Attack Damage or 5 Ability Power at level 1. "

    Gathering Storm (S4)
    • AP and AD changed:
    • Old Values:
      • 10 min: + 8 AP or 5 AD 
      • 20 min: + 24 AP or 14 AD
      • 30 min: + 48 AP or 29 AD
      • 40 min: + 80 AP or 48 AD
      • 50 min: + 120 AP or 72 AD
      • 60 min: + 168 AP or 101 AD
    •  New Values:
      • 10 min: + 6 AP or 4 AD
