Pantheon Champion Update

Pantheon's champion update is now on the PBE for testing! For more on Pantheon, check out these links:
Before we get into the details here's Riot Koyuncu with a bug report thread:
"Greetings! I'm Riot Koyuncu and one of the QA members on the Champion team. Hope everyone is enjoying the Pantheon VGU that's currently on PBE!
The champion is about to officially release in two weeks, and we're looking to fix any major bugs that PBE players discover before he mandrops to the Live environment. If you stumble upon something strange related to Pantheon in your games, please let the team know by leaving a comment in the thread or using the "Report a Bug" tool on the left. This can be anything ranging from strange SFX/VFX to incorrect behavior or interactions with his abilities.
As always, detailed information (e.g. bug repro steps or video clips) are very helpful at helping us fix issues before release.
Thanks everyone!
- Mikky"

Lore

In-Client Bio: "Once an unwilling host to the Aspect of War, Atreus survived when the celestial power within him was slain, refusing to succumb to a blow that tore stars from the heavens. In time, he learned to embrace the power of his own mortality, and the stubborn resilience that goes along with it. Atreus now opposes the divine as Pantheon reborn, his unbreakable will fueling the fallen Aspect's weapons on the field of battle."

Updated Skins

Each of Pantheon's eight skins were also updated:

Myrmidon Pantheon

"“They say the Myrmidons were shaped by the gods—that Zeus himself quickened life into magma. But then, the Myrmidons marched. They marched against us. And in the ash of their skin, the fire of their merciless eyes, I saw all the wars that humanity had wrought. That they... were us.”"

Ruthless Pantheon

"You can't run from your past. Not when it's riding you down from the back of a doombuggy, scrap-spear raised. Hunting for the dregs of the Vandal gang across the wastes, it's said they're the only ones who know his name, and what happened that night… when he became ruthless."

Perseus Pantheon

"Favored by the gods, Perseus gathered five sacred artifacts, and even tamed the wild pegasus, all in his quest to rescue fair Andromeda—only to turn the relics against those same gods when they unleashed the Gorgons upon humanity."

Full Metal Pantheon

Glaive Warrior Pantheon

"Born of a wolf, and bearing the wolf's standard into battle, this Dacian glaive warrior fights in the cold of the Carpathian Mountains—knowing that the blood of his enemies will keep him warm."

Dragonslayer Pantheon

"When dragon fire consumed the world, heroes rose from the embers and cast down the beasts of legend. These warriors passed into history, then myth… until Pantheon alone remained, the last of the ancient dragonslayers, swearing upon the skies eternal revenge."

Each of Dragonslayer Pantheon's chromas were also updated:

Zombie Slayer Pantheon

Baker Pantheon

Champion Skins

Two new skins are now on the PBE:

Dragon Oracle Udyr

1350 RP
"To know the dragon spirit is to hold tightly to an ember that still burns. Only through discipline has Udyr survived such magic, seeking not to master the dragons-- as many before him-- but to channel their flame into a blaze hot enough to fuel his own rebirth."

Here's KateyKhaos with a bugs & feedback thread for Dragon Oracle Udyr:
"Dragon Oracle Udyr runs onto the Rift featuring:
  • New models and textures on all forms!
  • New VFX on all forms!
  • New SFX on all forms!
  • New run animation, as well as a new recall animation!
Dragon Oracle Udyr is now available to play on PBE! We always find bug reports and feedback super helpful, so feel free to comment in the thread below! Likewise, if you've got any questions, post 'em here, and we'll do our best to answer them!
Dragon Oracle Udyr is set to be 1350 RP.
*Prices on PBE are subject to change."

Hextech Rammus

Gemstones
"Even the most renowned Hextech artificer must bow to the creativity and perfection of nature. After crafting each of Rammus's arcs to mimic the golden spiral, the creature proved so efficient at rolling... it escaped the moment its creator put down her wrench."

Here's KateyKhaos with a bugs & feedback thread for Hextech Rammus:
"Hextech Rammus rolls onto the Rift featuring:
  • New models and textures!
  • New VFX!
  • New SFX!
  • New recall animation!

TFT Updates

A ton of TFT updates are now on the PBE, including new champions, a new origin, as well as new Little Legends!

Champion & Origin

New TFT champions and an origin are now on the PBE! Check out the details on CamilleJayceJinx, and Vi and the Hextech origin from Riot Whale:
"Hello World
Introducing the next Origin being added to Teamfight Tactics - Hextech, featuring !
We are still ironing out exact functionality around the trait and the abilities of the champions in it, but here's a broad summary:
  • Hextech Trait
    • Hextech units temporarily disable enemy items. This is still under significant iteration, so the exact mechanic beyond this is not locked yet.
  • Camille
    • Tier: 1 Cost
    • Class: Blademaster
    • Ability: Hextech Ultimatum - Camille roots and damages her current auto-attack target. Camille’s allies that can attack that target will switch their current target to do so.
    • Meta: Ideally, Camille can single out an enemy and help her team focus fire them down. Explicit external control over AI’s targeting is a new effect, and we’d like to see players consider who they want to target on the enemy team.
  • Jayce
    • Tier: 2 Cost
    • Class: Shapeshifter
    • Ability: Thundering Blow + Transform Mercury Cannon - Knock back his target then change to ranged, gaining max attack speed for a few attacks.
    • Meta: Jayce is able to break up the enemy front line fairly early on in the fight, a premium and rare effect in TFT. Jayce also has particularly low mana cost for a shapeshifter (50).
  • Vi
    • Tier: 3 Cost
    • Class: Brawler
    • Ability: Assault and Battery - Vi targets the furthest enemy and charges towards them, knocking aside everyone else while knocking up and dealing damage on impact with her target.
    • Meta: Vi provides back line access on priority targets, but on a mana delay unlike Assassins. This is a powerful effect that we think the game needs a bit more of, as currently it is almost entirely monopolized by Assassins.
  • Jinx
    • Tier: 4 Cost
    • Class: Gunslinger
    • Ability: Get Excited - Jinx gets more excited as she scores takedowns. After her first, she gains attack speed. After her second, she pulls out Fishbones for AoE damage on Autos.
    • Meta: Given Miss Fortune's channeled ultimate, she can't functionally serve as the premier AA DPS gunslinger. Jinx will offer ramping AoE AA damage through Fishbones, in contrast to Draven's ramping single target damage - but she will be particularly squishy for high risk and reward.
Again, the specifics of Hextech and these new champions are still in iteration, so looking forward to hearing all your feedback!
Best, Riot Whale"

Little Legends

Here's a post from Riot Stephiroth with more details on the new Little Legends, as well as notes on VFX changes now testing on Silverwing:
"Hey everyone,
In patch 9.16 three new Little Legends and their variants will be available in their own egg series (series three for those counting). They're on PBE or will be soon, so let us know what you think as you get a sense of how they look, move, feel, and most importantly, taunt.
Formally introducing:
  • Moontipped Hushtail
    • Mistberry Hushtail
    • Fae Hushtail
    • Untamed Hushtail
    • Monarch Hushtail
    • Eternal Hushtail
  • Jade Paddlemar
    • Rosebloom Paddlemar
    • Tidepool Paddlemar
    • Glamorous Paddlemar
    • Caldera Paddlemar
    • Yuletide Padldemar
  • Jeweled Protector
    • Shadowgem Protector
    • Reigning Protector
    • Skygem Protector
    • Fierce Protector
    • Sunborn Protector
Some totally canon information about the new Little Legends:
The Moontipped Hushtail has come to explore Runeterra. The Hushtail can take on many forms… It can be difficult to spot the Hushtail unless you know to look for its three iconic bushy tails.
The Jade Paddlemar aspires to someday sail the skies with the adult Paddlemars. But he’s just… so sleepy.
The Jeweled Protector is a fierce winged beast. He has gems embedded along his spine that glow with a mysterious power.
A note about VFX:
You may notice that the Series 3 set of Little Legends has a slightly different visual styling at three stars than our previously released sets.
Our original intent with the 3-Star Little Legends was to make them feel special and cool. When making our new set, we wanted to explore a different direction for the VFX that we thought would push it even cooler and sparklier!
If everyone likes the new styling, we’ll go back and update the Series 1 and 2 Little Legends! We updated the Silverwing on PBE, so take a look and let us know what you think!"
