Death Recap Update on PBE!

Here's Riot Scruffy with details on the new Death Recap now testing on the PBE:
"The death recap update is coming to PBE today and shipping to live in 9.14!
For those that haven't seen any of the conversation about the update, here are our core goals:
  • Help players quickly answer important questions about their death with an improved layout and visualization
    • “What type of damage killed me?”
    • “Which champs are the most threatening?”
    • “Which spell do I really need to watch out for?”
  • Deliver reliable and accurate information about the damage sources and amounts
We're really excited to get this much needed improvement into the game (finally). Please leave us whatever feedback or bugs that you find in this thread.

    • Minimum stun duration lowered from [33.3% of max duration] to [25% of max duration]
      • "To clarify the stun scaling - its non linear. On live starts at 1/3rd of it's max, then scales linearly reaches 2/3rds of it's max by 0.75s, then scales to it's full duration by 5 seconds.
      • It now starts at 1/4th of it's max, scales to 2/4th of it's max by 0.75s, then scales to it's full duration by 5 seconds. At the values given, this means the stun duration is unchanged from 0 to 0.75s vs live.
        Further context: 0.75s is the amount of time it takes for the Q to travel from Sol to it's max distance from him, if hes not moving" - Source

  • Colossal Smash (P)
    • [Removed] No longer reduces cooldown when Galio hits a champion with an ability.

  • Focused Resolve (W)

  • Solar Flare (R)
    • [Removed] Incandescence (empowered basic attacks)

  • Light Binding (Q) 
    • Cooldown increased from 10 to 13/12/11/10/9
    • Cost changed from 40/45/50/55/60 to 50
  • Prismatic Barrier (W)
    • [Removed] double effect on returning shields
    • Shield duration lowered from 3 to 2.5
    • AP ratio increased from 20% to 30%
  • Final Spark (R)

    • "Malphite now glows when his Shield regenerates. This should make it more clear when Malphite has access to his Shield as a combat resource"
    • "Malphite’s size now scales with his Armor! Become a literal mountain like you always dreamed of"
    • "Size scaling has been refactored to account for the massive Armor values Malphite can get through his W. His growth spurt now caps out at ~700 Armor"
  • Seismic Shard (Q)
    • Movement speed steal changed from 14/17/20/23/26% to 15/20/25/30/35%"
    • Speed duration reduced from 4 seconds to 3 seconds
    • "Malphite no longer summons his earthen saw blade from behind himself, and instead casts it from his right arm. This also increases how fast the missile reaches its target"
    • "Targets affected by Q are covered in a molten rock effect for the duration of the slow"
    • "Other miscellaneous values adjusted. Too many to mention in detail here, but overall this Ability should have more weight to it and ‘feel’ like a rock monster hurling a chunk of Summoner’s Rift at his opponents"

    • [Removed] Swain can store up to 5 Soul Fragments in reserve, empowering Demonflare.

  • Death's Hand (Q)
    • [Removed] Killing a unit restores 3% maximum mana.

  • Demonic Ascension (R)
    • [Removed] Health threshold to cast R2.
    • Health gain from R1: Gain an additional 5 health per soul fragment during his Ultimate. (In addition to what he currently gains)
    • Minion and monster reduction increased from 80% to 90%
    • [New] Swain drains all enemy units, including invisible units.
    • [New] R1 can be cast after draining any amount of health.
  • Demonflare (R2)
    • [Removed] 45/60/75 (+21% AP) damage per Fragment
    • [New] Demonflare damage changed: 100/150/200 (+50% AP) + 75% of the damage he healed
    • [New] Demonflare damage cap: 200/300/400 + 1.0 AP

  • HP regen lowered from 1.5 to 1.4
  • Petricite Burst (P)
    • Minion damage reduction lowered from 70% to 50%
  • Chain Lash (Q)
    • Damage increased from [40/60/80/100/120 (+40% AP)] to [45/70/95/120/145 (60% AP)]
  • Abscond / Abduct (E)
    • Mana cost changed from 55/60/65/70/45 to 65 at all ranks
    • Shield back on E1
    • Shield converted to a magic absorbing shield
    • Cooldown changed from 18/17/16/15/14 to 14 at all ranks
    • E2 missile speed from 1600 to 2000
    • E2 stun duration lowered from .5s to .35s
  • Hijack (R)
    • Cast range lowered from 1050 to 950
    • Duration Sylas can hold onto an enemy ult down from 120s to 90s
    • Minimum lockout time on enemy champions increased from 20s to 40s
    • Cooldown increased from 85/50/15 to 100/80/60
    • Bonus AD ratio conversion changed from [.5-1.5] to [.4-1.0]
    • Total AD ratio conversion changed from [.7-1.0] to [.6-1.0]

Tahm Kench 
  • An Acquired Taste (P)
    • [Removed] Spells deal bonus damage based on stacks
    • [Removed] passive deals increased damage based on target stacks
    • Damage changed from [1.5% TK's max HP] to [2.5% TK's Max HP]
  • Tongue Lash (Q)
    • Cooldown increased from 8/7/6/5/4 to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6
    • [Removed] hits enemies in a wide arc in front of Tahm Kench on cast.
    • [New] Stunning an enemy with Tongue Lash consumes all stacks of An Acquired Taste (P)
    • Slow amount lowered from 50/55/60/65/70 to 3/35/40/45/50%
    • Slow duration increased from 2 to 3
    • Stun duration increased from 1.5 to 2
  • Devour (W)
    • [Removed] Enemies are nearsighted while devoured
    • [Removed] Enemies are stunned for 0.25s after being devoured
