  • HP Per Level: 65
  • Mana: 283
  • HP Regen: 1
  • Base MR: 32
  • MR Per Level: 1.488

  • Attack Speed: 0.625
  • Base Move Speed: 345
  • Attack Range: 125

Call of the Freljord (Passive)
Dealing damage to enemy champions, large monsters, or structures grants Willump and his ally nearby with the highest attack speed Call of the Freljord, increasing their attack speed by 20% and movement speed by 10% for 4 seconds.
While Nunu & Willump are under the effects of Call of the Freljord, their basic attacks cleave for [30% tAD] damage.
The duration stacks but the effect can only occur once every 10 seconds per target.

Consume (Q)
60 Mana
12/11/10/9/8 sec Cooldown
Willump takes a bite of an enemy, dealing damage and healing himself. This healing increases by 50% when he is below 50% health.
Monsters and minions: Deals [340/500/660/820/980] true damage and heals for [75/120/165/210/255] (+50% AP)(+10% Health).
Champions: Deals [60/100/140/180/220] (+50% AP)(+5% Health) magic damage and heals for [half of monster and minion heal](+25% AP)(+5% Health).

Biggest Snowball Ever! (W)
50/55/60/65/70 Mana
14 sec Cooldown
Willump rolls a snowball that grows in size and speed. The larger the snowball, the more damage it deals and the longer it knocks up.
When the snowball impacts a wall, enemy champion, or large monster, it explodes, dealing up to 180/225/270/315/360 (+150% AP) damage to nearby enemies and knocking them up.
Reactivating the ability rolls the snowball forward on a straight path.
Continuously turning in the same direction increases Willump's turn rate over time. This bonus starts over when changing turn direction.

Snowball Barrage (E)
50/55/60/65/70 Mana
14 sec Cooldown
For 3 seconds, each additional cast causes Nunu to throw 3 snowballs at a rapid rate. Enemies hit take [16/24/32/40/48] (+5% AP) magic damage, and champions and large monsters become Snowbound. Enemies hit 3 times are slowed by 50% for 1 second.
Willump's Turn: After Nunu is finished throwing snowballs, all enemies within range that are Snowbound become rooted in place for [.5 at level 1 + .0588s per level] seconds.
Nunu can cast Snowball Barrage up to 3 times before Willump's Turn.
Nunu can only slow each enemy once with Snowball Barrage.

Absolute Zero (R)
100 Mana
110/100/90 sec Cooldown
Willump channels for 3 seconds, sapping the area of heat. Nearby enemies have their Movement Speed slowed by 50%, increasing to 95% over the duration of the channel. Nunu and Willump receive a shield that absorbs 65/75/85 (30/40/50% Health) damage, decaying over 3 seconds after the channel ends.
Enemies caught in the area when the channel ends take up to 625/925/1275 (+250% AP) magic damage, depending on how long Absolute Zero was channeled.

Nexus Blitz PBE V2 - Map Changes and New Events

Here's Riot August with a new thread on Nexus Blitz testing for the 8.17 PBE cycle:
"Hi friends,
Thanks for all the feedback. Nexus Blitz goes live this patch, partially thanks to your diligent testing.
This week on PBE you'll be seeing a number of new things as we prep for 8.17. Here's what we want feedback on.

MAP CHANGES (THESE ARE ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THEY MAKE THE GAME BETTER)
  • The jungle near blue buff has been simplified. Goal is to make laning more understandable (less gank paths) and fights around blue and Rift herald more fun.
  • A small alcove has been added under bot-lane. This alcove has a buff in it. Goal is to draw some action down to bot lane.
NEW ITEM
  • Added Sword of the Divine. It builds out of Serrated dirk. Have fun murdering people.
  • FoN's health regen is now Unique
NEW EVENTS
  • None yet, but you'll be seeing them show up later in the cycle.
TWEAKS AND TUNING
  • Tower health and resistances have been increased by about 10%
Your thoughts are invaluable. Please let us know if the changes we're making are going in a good direction."

Miscellaneous

  • Another large group of skin lines have had skin bios added, here's Riot Stellari with a few examples:
[1] "We were on a hiatus from updating "skin lore" but tons of new stuff will be released in 8.17~ Here's a few from the High Noon universe reboot in case you don't have PBE (Urgot's is broken atm)
If you didn't know this feature existed....well, it does and has for the past year XD"
[2] "And here's the "skin lore" for some of the skins in the Immortal Journey universe! To find this in client, go to Collection > Skins > Set
We're still going through them so only about 1/3rd of skins have lore. Some of them we're like 🤔 too
Sort by Universe is buggy too"

[3] "By popular demand, here's Pool Party... this isn't "lore" so much. More like the normal champions hanging out in an alternate universe where there's a beach-side resort and they don't want to kill each other"
