Friend of the Forest (Passive):
Ivern will not attack non-epic monsters. Clicking on a jungle monster creates a grove which grows over X [40 - 6 based on lvl] seconds. Each grove costs X health and X mana.
When a grove is fully grown, clicking on the monsters will set them free, giving gold and experience. Smiting a grove instantly frees monsters.
At level 5 and higher, if Ivern frees a buff monster an extra buff is created for Ivern's allies. If an ally kills a buff monster, a buff is left for Ivern.
  • CD Value = 42 - 2 per level = 40 at level 1 down to 6 at level 18.
  • HP value: 174/183/190/197/203/208/212/215/216/217/216/213/209/203/196/186/175/161

Rootcaller (Q):
[RANGE
Mana cost: 60
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 sec
Ivern conjures a vine dealing 80/125/170/215/260 (+70% AP) magic damage and rooting the first enemy hit for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 second(s). Allies can click on rooted enemies to dash into attack range.

Brushmaker (W):
[RANGE]
Mana cost: 30
Cooldown: 40/36/32/28/24
Passive: In brush, Ivern's attacks are ranged and deal 20/30/40/50/60 (+30% AP) bonus magic damage.
Active: Ivern grows a patch of brush for 30 seconds. For 3 seconds the area in and around the brush is revealed.
[Ivern's W brush changes vision just like normal brush.]

Triggerseed (E):
[RANGE]
Mana cost: 50
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 sec
Ivern shields an ally, absorbing up to 80/120/160/200/240 (+80% AP) damage. After 2 seconds, the shield bursts dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+70% AP) magic damage and slowing enemies by 70% for 3 seconds.

Daisy! (R):
Mana cost: 100
Cooldown: 160/140/120 sec
Ivern summons his sentinel friend Daisy. If Daisy attacks the same champion three times in a row, she will create a shockwave knocking enemies up for 1 second (3s cooldown). Daisy gains additional damage and defenses based on Ivern's Ability Power.
Recasting this ability will direct Daisy to a new target or position.
  • Health - 1250/2000/3500
  •  Resistances - 20/60/120
  •  Bonus Attack Speed - 30/50/70%

Lore

Ivern's short form champion lore has been added to the client. Full version available [here].
  • "Ivern Bramblefoot, known to many as the Green Father, is a peculiar half man, half tree who roams Runeterra's forests, cultivating life everywhere he goes. He knows the secrets of the natural world, and holds deep friendships with all things that grow, fly, and scuttle. Ivern wanders the wilderness, imparting strange wisdom to any he meets, enriching the forests, and occasionally entrusting loose-lipped butterflies with his secrets."

"Life as a Star Guardian is all I've ever known."

Here's Riot KateyKhaos with a bugs and feedback thread for Star Guardian Jinx:

[ "when SG Lulu whimsy's another Star Guardian they'll go into their new flying homeguard animation" - Riot Ve1vet]
Here's Riot LoveStrut with a bugs and feedback thread for Star Guardian Lulu:

"~Episode 3 - Empathy~
"The light says hi, and that you're safe with us."
The youngest of the Star Guardians, Lulu feels connected more to the First Star's light than the other Star Guardians. She views it as a constant companion and concerns herself more with the magical world within her, which causes the other Guardians to view her as eccentric or flighty.

  • All-new VFX! (A new look for fae sorcery!)
  • All-new SFX! (Magical and adorable!)

Here's Riot LoveStrut with a bugs and feedback thread for Star Guardian Poppy:

"~Episode 5 - Lost in Translation~
"I'm a soldier, not a savior. Now get out of my way—I have a job to do."
The fiercest Star Guardian, Poppy does not see the world in grey, fighting and destroying anything that threatens the First Star's light. She views the responsibility of a Star Guardian as a sacred purpose, and despises anyone who dishonors Starlight's gifts. Position Preference In  PBE Testing

[NOTE: This will not go live in 6.20 and will be on the PBE for extended testing. It will not be released  before the end of the current season.]
Here's Socrates with information on the new Position Preference system that is now on the PBE for testing. With this new system, you'll be able to choose one role that you will not be matched for as well as your desired primary and secondary role.
"TLDR; We are changing Position Select to Position Preference, so you can tell us both your strengths and weakness. We will do our best to place you into one of your strengths and you will sometimes play your third or fourth best position. You will never have to play your weakest position.
A year ago we created a new lobby for draft game modes that allows you to pick the primary and secondary positions you want to play. We have since shared some of the positive results and talked about the challenges of striking a balance between getting players into games quickly, creating high quality matches, and giving players choice over which position they want to play. Over the course of the season we have continued to iterate on the system, improving matchmaking times and increasing the likelihood that a player gets their primary position.
We are still faced with a fundamental problem: Not all positions are equally desired at all times. This has caused players wishing to play the highest demand positions to have to wait unacceptably long times to get into games.
To demonstrate the size of this problem: we saw cases where players had to wait in queue nearly as long as they spent playing the game. We are really close to having the right spread of position coverage to keep queue times and match quality in a healthy place.
To help reach this goal, we are bringing Position Preference to normal draft PBE, and you will have an opportunity to play around with it and provide feedback on how it works. The key difference between the old Position Select and the new Position Preference is that players will occasionally play their third or fourth strongest position (maybe one out of twenty times). How this works is you continue to select a primary and secondary position strength preference and you will get these positions most often. You also now have a third option to set one position you do not wish to play, even when you prefer to fill. You will never have to play your weakest position!
This is a compromise we believe will be an overall improvement over the old draft mode, where you were expected to know many positions and there was a chaotic free-for-all to get the position you wanted. This will allow us to make high quality matches faster.
This test is coming ahead of preseason because it is a big change and we want plenty of time to gather feedback. Rest assured, we will not be enabling this feature on live in ranked before the end of the season. We really want to hear your feedback on this and we encourage you to check it out in the pre-game draft lobby on PBE.
I will hang out in the thread for a while if you have questions, and we will be back with more information about other changes as we get closer to preseason."

Try Out Worlds Crafting!

[NOTE: Already on live by time this PBE cycle finishes.]

Here's Riot Katana with details on the World Championship 2016 crafting that is now on the PBE, including ways to upgrade summoner icons and gain temporary in-game emotes and recalls:
"Hey guys!
Riot Katana from the esports team with a quick update on what's coming up for Worlds emotes, crafting, and more. So far you may have seen that we’re bringing back temporary team emotes with a few extras - you can now level up your icons and emotes as well as unlock a brand new team recall for the month of October from crafting.
We’re enabling the crafting experience on the PBE store today, so poke around, experiment with leveling up, and let us know what you think! Here’s a quick guide on how to get there:
Unlock the icon for your favorite team (250 RP, 30% will go directly to the teams) and you’ll automatically get the shard to level up to Tier 2 in your Hextech Crafting materials. To upgrade the shard, you’ll need 10 Championship Jewels which you can get in two ways: Championship Jewels Token [150 IP, contains 2 Jewels] available once per Worlds 2016 broadcast day, Championship Chest [195 RP for chest and key, contains 3 Jewels and all normal Hextech Drops]. For PBE testing, you’ll be able to buy multiple Championship Jewels Tokens. You can upgrade to Tier 3 which comes with the recall as well for another 12 jewels.
You’ll be able to advance through all tiers for IP only after purchasing the team icon or you can speed up the process with Hextech Chests. If you’re only interested in spending IP, you can pick up the free Worlds icon and upgrade it to Tier 2, but it’s an icon only with no emotes or recalls. Crafting materials will expire at 23:59 PST on November 6 along with the team emotes and recalls. Please note that this experience will not function in the League Client Update Alpha until patch 6.20. Hextech Crafting items will appear in your inventory but the crafting paths will not work properly until after the patch.
Check out this quick video run through to see what it looks like when everything comes together to create the ultimate fandom recall.

Let us know what you think in the comments down below!
-Katana"

  • Ryze
  • Ivern!
    • Ivern doesn't have a lot special for this map, unfortunately, but Daisy is a beast at defending Capture Points and wrecking opponents ^_^
Let us know how you feel about the mode, what experiences you've had, and any bugs/feedback you want to share!
As always, if you report bugs, please report them via the Report A Bug tool :)
Happy hunting!"
