And his updated Champion select quote:

And here are his special interactions:

Several non-English Warwick voiceovers were also added:

While the longer bio and stories will be in the universe page, Warwick's short form in-client lore updated:
"Warwick is a monster who hunts the gray alleys of Zaun. Transformed by agonizing experiments, his body is fused with an intricate system of chambers and pumps, machinery filling his veins with alchemical rage. Bursting out of the shadows, he preys upon those criminals who terrorize the city's depths. Warwick is drawn to blood, and driven mad by its scent. None who spill it can escape him."
"Bio will be added shortly. Until then, know that Warwick's past is dark and mysterious."

Practice Tool now live on PBE for initial testing

[NOTE: Likely not going out in 7.2!]
The practice tool is now available for PBE testing! This new tool allows players to hop into a practice oriented singleplayer game and mess around with various modifiers and options, such as instantly granting gold/xp, respawning jungle, spawning test dummies, teleporting around the map, and more.

Before we jump in too far, here's L4T3NCY with details on the Practice tool going hitting the PBE:
"Yo! ^o^/
The Practice Tool is now enabled on PBE for testing. For more detail on our philosophy behind Practice Tool, you can read our recent devblog here:

Keep in mind this is our initial version, and how long we leave it on PBE before going Live will depend on how many bugs we find and parts that still need polish. We're performing a balancing act here between wanting to get you guys the tool ASAP to start practicing for Season 7, but also wanting to make sure it's stable, easy-to-use, has the functionality you need, etc.
We also know there's a MOUNTAIN of features that could potentially be added to the tool that some of you have already started suggesting (runes & masteries editing and summoner spells just to name a few). Realistically though, we've had to make some tough dev decisions about what to do first, and have chosen to get the core commands done first so you can at least reset the game, teleport, etc.
Known issues:
-- Tooltip behaviour is currently sub-optimal. We're working to clean up their positioning & timing.
-- Some of the icons still need to be updated
---- The ground target indicator for Teleport and placing dummies is WIP.
-- Target dummies:
---- Missing portrait icon on mini-map. Using white square.
---- Damage text visible through fog
-- Still show the IP/XP warning during champ select. Need to remove.
-- If you actually complete a game and it shows up in Match History, some things could overlap or be broken.
We also expect that you might start finding lots of new bugs with champions in general. This is awesome! :D Let's keep this particular thread focused on Practice Tool though, so we can easily sift to bugfix and polish the tool. Try to keep in mind if what you've found is a champion specific bug, or something to actually do with the tool, and for those champion bugs, please report them in a separate Gameplay thread as per usual. Also remember, if you find a champion bug while Auto-Refresh Cooldown is turned on, please turn it off and try again to repro the same bug. We need to know this difference.
Thanks again PBE players. You guys give us the confidence to release something slightly rougher than usual like this, so we work together and quickly get it up to scratch for release to all our Live players! <3
-- L4T3NCY"

You can access the practice tool by switching over to the "training" tab after hitting PLAY and selecting PRACTICE TOOL. The practice tool is a single player experience but you can take up to one computer controlled bot with you.
Once you load in, you'll find yourself in a single player custom game with the follow.
The buttons along the side do things such as grant you immediate experience, teleport you around the map, spawn practice dummies or jungle camps, and more!

There are two total pages of options, which you can switch between by clicking the arrows. Hover over each in-game for a more detailed explanation.
  • Auto-refresh cooldowns
  • Auto-refresh HP
  • Auto-refresh mana/energy
  • Add gold
  • Level up
  • Lock XP level (locks your current EXP level)
  • Teleport to Cursor
  • Revive
  • Toggle Towers Invincible
  • Toggle Tower Fire
  • Toggle Minon Spawn
  • Fast Forward 30 seconds
  • Reset game
  • Spawn enemy dummy
  • Spawn allied dummy
  • Clear target dummies
  • Spawn Jungle Camps
  • Spawn Jungle Plants
  • Spawn Cloud Drake
  • Spawn Mountain Drake
  • Spawn Infernal Drake
  • Spawn Ocean Drake
  • Spawn Elder Drake

For example, clicking "Add Gold" will just immediately grant you 10,000 gold to play around with.
Clicking "Teleport to Cursor" will, as the name suggests, teleport your character to your cursor location. (commands also briefly flash text on screen, as seen in both examples.)
As mentioned above you can also spawn tanky high health ally and enemy target dummies to practice your moves and combos. These dummies have 10,000 HP and 100 Armor/Magic Resist.
Attacking these dummies also trigger last hit, dps, and total damage trackers.
You can use all these things in combination to do some pretty zany things!

The video below shows a few examples of the PRACTICE TOOL options and the second part of the video is a few ridiculous examples of things you can do or test out.

Looking for more? Uli also hopped on the Skin Spotlight's livestream to do a PBE debut stream for Practice tool:

[1/19 UPDATE] The PRACTICE TOOL's Target dummy now has spawn, idle, hit, and death animations.

"Revealed" Indicator

The "revealed" indicator that displays above a champion's head when they are revealed/have true sight on them (i.e hit by Lee Sin Q, debuffed by Caitlyn's Trap, etc ) has been updated.

Balance Changes

Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical or experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be lacking context or other changes that didn't make it in or were implemented in an earlier patch this cycle! These are not official notes.

  • Lethality's armor pen ratio at level 1 shifted to 60% from 40%, still scaling up to 100% vs level 18. Formula changed to: [Armor penetration =   Lethality * (0.6 + (Enemy Level / 45))]
    • Riot Axes noted "To put it another way - on live right now you get 40% of lethality as armor pen up front, the other 60% of lethality over 18 levels (based on target level). The new formula is 60% up front, 40% over 18 levels."
    • SmashGizmo noted "basically the formula is such that you start penning 60% of the lethality value vs. a level 0 target and pen 100% vs. level 18."
