Context & Notes

1) Ultimate Spellbook continues testing on the PBE, here's Riot Reinboom with the most recent changelists:
[1] "Accumulated Ultimate Spellbook PBE updates from 6/24 through today."
[2] Ultimate Spellbook 6/30 PBE Update!
Also, important context on the Cho'gath R nerf in the thread.
[3] "So, as many of you likely have noticed, we've been avoiding doing functional changes to the ulternate summoners for Ultimate Spellbook outside of just the bonus Ability Haste and cooldowns."
[4] "A large part of this is expectation: We want the ultimates you get here to *feel* like the original ults and strike whatever mechanical fantasy you have when you are thinking of combos with it."
[5] "Also... specific changes are just slightly more difficult to keep track of and upkeep, on the long run, especially when there's a lot of them. We want to avoid that, if reasonable."
[6] "But Cho'Gath R has been an interesting beast for us. It's certainly not the highest winrate ultimate (before today's changes, that goes to Olaf R). But it is certainly the most picked ultimate."
[7] "So, consider this direct nerf to Cho'Gath R is a kind of experiment to understand if we need to be more direct in our changes or not. Personally, an experiment that I hope fails since that would give a lot of credence to people primarily picking Cho R to just be really big. :)"

2) Check out the latest from the r/LeaguePBE feedback threads:

Ascended Pantheon Prestige Edition

Post PBE Cycle update:
  • amount of VO filter has been reduced slightly
  • Comet Spear (Q) SFX is now a bit louder
  • These changes are also true for Ruined Pantheon.
We reviewed your other suggestions as well, but the team decided that they are happy with the current design."

Sentinel Diana

Post PBE Cycle Update
Hi Folks,
I know that it was popular request to alter Diana's hair to look more like on a splash We did the discussion within the team and decided to not make change here. Changing Diana's hairstyle would heavily affect her silhouette and ability to recognize the champion, especially that her braid is iconic element of her design. Sorry if you are disappointed by this, but we try to keep clarity as high as possible.

Ruined Pantheon

"Post PBE Cycle update:
  • amount of VO filter has been reduced slightly
  • Comet Spear (Q) SFX is now a bit louder
  • These changes are also true for Ascended Pantheon Prestige Edition.
I want also drop a bit on his trousers and 'Viego Crown' feedback - we were unable to follow up on this, as these changes are bigger in scope and would require essentially reworking part of the model or affect other teams' work"

Sentinel Olaf

"Post PBE Cycle update:
Hey Folks,
Following your feedback we were able to get following adjustment to Sentinel Olaf:
  • splash art was flipped and eyepatch now should match position in game
  • increased SFX volume of Reckless Swing (E)
  • Reckless Swing (E) light beam is now a bit wider and has more glow for additional oomph
  • added more impact to Vicious Strikes (W) SFX"
3) Here's Riot Jag with a preview for patch 11.14 balance:
