6/28 PBE Update: Chroma Assets & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.14 PBE cycle, today's patch includes chroma assets and tentative balance changes!

Dr. Mundo
  • HP5 lowered from 8 to 6.5
  • HP regen per level increased from .15 to .16
  • Attack speed increased from .67 to .72
  • Heart Zapper (W) 
    • damage stored changed from 25/30/35/40/45% to 15/22.5/30/37.5/45%
    • cooldown lowered from 17/16.5/16/15.5/15s to 14s
  • Blunt Force Trauma (E)
    • [New] "Deals 200% damage to jungle monsters."

[Changelist - Differs slightly!]
  • HP5 lowered from 9 to 7.5
  • Base armor increased from 20 to 22
  • Dream Laden Bow (P)
    • Damage increased from 5% to [6% + 1.5% per 100 AP]
    • [New] Lillia Restores [18-95 + 6% AP] Health over the duration against large jungle monsters, and restores 12-140 +12% AP) Health against champions.
    • [New] "Dream Dust heal is 33% effective for each source beyond the first."
  • Blooming Blows (Q)
    • Movement speed lowered from [7/8/9/10/11% + 0.01% AP] to [3/4/5/6/7% + 0.03% AP]
    • Duration increased from 5s to 5.5s
    • max stack lowered from 5 to 4
    • stack falloff time increased from 1s to 1.5s
    • magic damage increased from [30/45/60/75/90] to [35/50/65/80/95]

  • Watch Out! Eep! (W)
    • Base damage increased from [70/85/100/115/130 (+30% AP)] to [70/90/110/130/150 (+35% AP)]
    • [Removed] no longer deals 50% damage to minions
  • Swirlseed (E)
    • Damage increased from [70/85/100/115/130 (+40% AP)] to [70/95/120/145/170 (+45% AP)]
    • Slow increased from 25/30/35/40/45% to 40%
    • [New] "Does not apply Dream Dust."
    • Cooldown increased from 12s to 18s
  • Lilting Lullaby (R)
    • Asleep duration lowered from 2/2.5/3s to 1.5/2/2.5s
    • Damage AP ratio increased from 30% to 40%

TFT Traits
  • 2 unit % max health increased from 30% to 35%
  • 6 unit max health lowered from 90% to 85%
  • 8 unit % max health lowered from 130% to 125%

  • 2 unit cc immunity duration increased from 5s to 6s
  • 3 unit cc immunity duration increased from 8s to 10s

TFT Champions

Tier 4
  • Damage lowered from 950/1250/4000 to 950/1200/4000

  • Daisy health lowered from 1500/2500/10000 to 1500/2400/10000

Tier 5
  • Shield lowered from 40/50/200% to 35/45/200%

  • % AD increased from 180/220/2000% to 200/225/2000%

  • Damage lowered from 200/300/1500 to 180/300/1500

Context & Notes

1) Here's Riot Jag with context on the Stridebreaker changes now testing on the PBE:
"We'll most likely convert some HP into 5 AD on Stridebreaker in 11.14. 
I've been looking at our internal data but have not yet formed my opinion on its power level. Some champions seem buffed (Aatrox, Nocturne), some seem nerfed (Darius), some it's unclear (Garen, Renekton)."

He also provided a preview for patch 11.14 balance:

Responding to some champions that were hit too hard by systemic changes, as well as a few shift regarding newly updated champions.

Gwen did come up but her solo queue metrics are quite reasonable in terms of both win rate and ban rate. She's really only performing in Pro play in Western regions. Eastern regions don't seem to agree she's OP.

Viego nerf hasn't made pro patch yet."

 2) Riot Maxw3ll provided a changelist for Lillia changes now testing on the PBE:

"Here's a full changelist for the Lillia changes that got pushed to PBE a little while ago. There were a few tooltip bugs, but to my knowledge this is what we're planning on shipping. As always, subject to change, and if these changes don't land well, we'll be looking for followup"
