3/30 PBE Update: Program Soraka splash Art

The PBE has been updated! As the 6.7 PBE cycle starts to wind down, today's update includes splash art for the upcoing Program Soraka skin, a small Lux W change, and more!

New Splash Art

While we saw splash art for Mecha Zero Sion and Program Lissandra earlier in the cycle, today's update includes the Program Soraka splash art!

[Continued] Global Splash Updates

Over the next two patches (6.7 and 6.8), several older skin and champion splash arts are going to be receiving small tweaks or be replaced with versions of splash art from different regions in an effort to unify assets across all regionsSee this post for more information and continued discussion.

Today's update includes a change for the Hextech Galio splash art.
In addition to that, several of the global splash unification assets that had mismatched or missing sub assets (such as center or tile) have been fixed/added.
