2/17 PBE Update: Blood Moon Kennen splash art

The PBE has been updated! Today's update includes a splash art for the upcoming Blood Moon Kennen skin and several tentative balance changes!

New Splash Art

The splash art for the upcoming Blood Moon Kennen skin is included in today's update!

Balance Changes

Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out! These are not official notes.

  • Yordle Snap Trap (W) - headshot increased damage vs trapped enemies changed to 30/70/110/150/190 (+ .7 total AD) from 25/50/75/100/125 (+.8 total AD)
    • [REMINDER: This increased headshot damage was changed from a % bonus damage in an earlier update this cycle!]
  • Base armor reverted to 20 from 22.

  • Attack speed changed to .625 from [.558 on PBE] [.665 on live]


  • Electro Harpoon (E):
    • Recharge lowered to 5 seconds from 6 seconds. **
    • "Fixed bug where you couldn't cast E while overheated" **

  • Turtle Stance (W) shield value lowered to 60/95/130/165/200 from 60/100/140/180/220
  • Phoenix Stance (R) proc damage lowered to 40/75/110/145/180 from 40/80/120/160/200

  • Zaun-Touched Bolt Augmenter (P) earlier changes reverted, back to live functionality. 
  • Terror Capacitor (W) Base shield value reverted, back to 60/100/140/180/220 from 40/80/120/160/200
  • Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser (R):
    • Fear radius increased to 375 from 325**

Manamune and Muramana
  • [The previous Manamune and Muramana changes from 2/16 are functional in game now!]
