[SPECULATION/TEASER] Kled Posters

[NOTE: While this is a red post collection, be aware that the below is a collection of information from various folks around reddit and twitter!]

Mysterious posters from "Kled" are currently popping up all over the place!

To start us off, redditor Rokutomaru started a reddit thread regarding posters he was seeing shared by Spanish Esports bars such Myritia Games which shared the picture and tagged  Riot Sh4rin's!
This tweet and those from several others has also been retweeted by  Riot Sh4rin, a community specialist at Riot. You can find several more from several different places on his timeline.

Below is a close up picture of the poster shared on PixelBar_Mandrid's twitter:
The poster is set up like a "WANTED" poster and shows a creature running towards brush, signed by KLED.

Here's a rough fan translation is something like:

WANTED
[UNGRATEFUL! ]
[BRUSH]
[COWARD][
[IN THE BATTLE OF RIVER (some have mentioned another translation here.)]
RUNNING AWAY
ALWAYS RUNNING AWAY

Essentially the poster is Kled describing the creature as a sort of coward that always running away to brush.

Folks are reporting seeing these posts in multiple languages in multiple different countries, certainly doesn't seem like much of a coincidence! Given the imagery and the timing, seems to fit conveniently with the mysterious "Something in Brush" teasewe recently saw on the PBE - we could very well be looking at additional teasers related to our next champion!

Here's the same Kled poster in Turkish shared by twitter user DoraOzsoy who also included an overlay translation.
Italian version shared by @MikeMephisto on twitter! These are popping up everywhere!

[I'll continue to update this post with anymore that I stumble across or folks submit! Thanks!]

Definitely Not Dominion live in RGMQ!

Definitely Not Dominion returns this weekend in the rotating game mode queue! Check out the post below for an updated RGMQ schedule and a refresher on how DND works!
"From the original clone-tastic One For All to the sand-strewn battlefield of Ascension, featured game modes provide unique spins on the classic League formula. It’s time to kick things off with the next game mode in the rotation: Definitely Not Dominion is now live!
Welcome to the newest mode to join the rotating roster.
We've given the old Dominion some fairly heavy surgery. Originally designed to be a long-term engagement experience as a permanent queue, we've shifted into a short-term experience more befitting a rotating game mode. While this isn't the same as original Dominion (definitely not), it still holds the essence of 'capture and hold' gameplay Dominion was iconic for, but with a lot more punch! Let's get into the new stuff.
Changed map:
We've removed the bottom two towers from play, making a total of 3 capture points around the map. Relegating two players to an eternal 1v1 while a 4v4 kinda happens across the rest of the map wasn't working. We sealed a wedge along the bottom behind walls and a fountain-style laser will zap you if you go near those points. This means each team will ALWAYS hold at least 1 point for minion spawning. The new map layout looks something like this:
Storm Altar:
The center Storm Runes have been replaced with an altar you can capture for a temporary combat buff. The Nimbus Storm buff gives you 3 charges that do 4/5/6% max HP true damage on any spell or attack. While controlling the altar, all allied team members also generate a free charge of the Storm Nimbus every 4 sec while in combat. Great for siege breaking and uprooting enemy teams that are dug-in on a point.
Ultra Minion Relics:
Near the sealed bottom two points are two Ultra Minion Relics, one for each team. Capturing the enemy team's Ultra Minion Relic will summon an Ultra Minion for your team in the next minion wave. These are serious minions. They capture much faster than any 1 champion, definitely deal out punishment and are extremely tanky.
Backdooring to capture these still feels good if successful, but the defending team doesn't need to go through the “chore” of “recapping” anything now. These Ultra Minion relics are capture and forget, respawning again a short time later.
Trinket change:
All players now have a Seer Stone trinket which provides a short range burst of vision. On the Crystal Scar with so many bushes and face-checks, this can be very handy for scouting Ultra Minion relics or staying safe as a squishier champions.
Minion spawn & pathing changes:
Minions used to disappear after capturing a point and it could feel really bad to spend your time pushing a big wave up to a point for capture, only to have it disappear afterwards and not continue on. Minions now spawn from ONLY the bottom 2 points, and walk clockwise or anti-clockwise respectively around the map. If they capture a point, they will KEEP ON GOING to the next point. This tug-of-war wave style for minions feels more satisfying for wave pushers and captures.
As in any rotating queue game mode, we’ve specially tuned Champion Mastery so you can earn points in the mode. You’ll also be able to earn keys for your wins and loot chests for your (or your premade’s) S-, S, and S+ games. NOTE: As with other rotating game modes, you cannot earn champ mastery 6 or 7 tokens in Definitely Not Dominion.
Definitely Not Dominion is now available and lasts through the evening on Monday (we’ll shut it down very early Tuesday morning--usually between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM).
We’ll be trying out different things with the rotating game mode queue over the next few months, such as potentially turning it on longer depending on how popular it is, changing the mode cadence or what modes are available. We’re looking for your feedback as we go, so let us know. GLHF!"
As for what those ?? might be on the schedule, remember that the new NEXUS SIEGE game mode has been testing on the PBE over the last two cycles!

    Meddler on Nocturne and Divers

When asked why Nocturne is not on the list of champions to received work in the assassin update later this yearMeddler explained:
    "Quote:
Why is Nocturne not included in the upcoming Assassin Rework ?
We feel Nocturne's a diving fighter, rather than an assassin. Those two groups have some strong similarities, with both aiming to get onto and explode a valuable squishy target. Assassins are burstier, with primarily ability based damage, generally a lack of CC and usually some need to flank to get onto the target they want. Divers have slower damage, a bit of tankiness, generally rely a lot on their auto attacks, bring a moderate amount of CC and can often go straight into a team fight. Nocturne's got a theme that's pretty assassin like, his gameplay puts him solidly into the diver category though."
    He continued:
"Nothing concrete. I expect we'd probably do some small work on him if we did a diving fighter update someday. Doubt he'd be one of the champs to get major changes though, he's reasonably distinct and other divers need the work a lot more (Aatrox, Xin, probably Wukong etc)."
When asked if there are any plans for SkarnerMeddler noted:
"No changes currently slotted. There's some stuff we'd like to do at some point, lot of other champs are in greater need though. Exception to that might be looking at whether the Spires should show up on the minimap or not since we're considering a general minimap clean up pass."
When asked if they have decided which class to look at after the assassin update in late 2016, Meddler commented:
"We haven't chosen a class for after assassins and, for anyone unsure, whichever update it is is also way off (mid next year). There's some good arguments for Divers, lot of similar and/or problematic champs there. Also some really good arguments for Vanguards (initiating tanks) too though, given they also do really similar things to each other and do a lot to define how team fights play out."
Speaking of the assassin update, Reav3  also briefly commented:
    "Quote:
    Oh, another important question!
What assassins are on the fence to NOT be among the "big three" or such, in favor lower scope changes and a later VGU? I could imagine Shaco being cut from major changes if you decided he'd need a VGU instead, for instance.
Not sure were "Big three" came from as it will likely be between 4-5 champions that get big changes. As for who probably needs more work then we could do in a roster scope project, its pretty early to tell. Evelynn for sure wouldn't be on the table for large work as she is super high on our list to get a full VGU though she could still get small work done. The other 2 I could see needing more work then possible in a roster scope project would be Akali and Shaco but nothing is certain yet."
