1/19 PBE Update: Lunar Revel Login, Updated Shen skin splash arts, and more balance changes

The PBE has been updated! Today's PBE update includes a new login screen for the 2016 Lunar Revel, updated splash arts for Shen's skins, a ton of tentative balance changes, and more!

Shen Skin Splash Art Updates

To go along with his champion update, Shen's skin splash arts have been updated!

Unfortunately TPA Shen's splash art did not get updated as it is a shared splash with the rest of the team!

Lunar Revel 2016 Login

A new Lunar Revel 2016 login theme is now up on the PBE, featuring Radiant Wukong!

Miscellaneous 

  • There is a "The Crystal Scar WIP" map option added to the game. Unsure what it is for exactly but these are generally used by devs to test some sort of changes.
  • Looks like several non-English Jhin voiceovers were added in today's update
  • There is now a Chroma selector for the new champion select experience.

Balance Changes

Cassiopeia
  • [Repertoir mentioned casting Twin Fang should no longer cancel Move or Attack orders.]

 Elise
  • Movement speed in Human reduced to 325 from 330
  • Movement speed in Spider reduced to 350 from 355
  • Volatile Spiderling (Human W) damage reduced to 60/110/160/210/260 from 75/125/175/225/275

Gangplank
  • Cannon Barrage (R) cooldown increased to 160/150/140 from 140/130/120

Karma
  • Focused Resolve (W) mana cost lowered to 50/55/60/65/70 from 70/75/80/85/90

Kindred
  • Dance of Arrows (Q) mana cost at all ranks increased to 35 from 30
  • Wolf's Frenzy (W) damage reverted to 25/30/35/40/45 

Rengar

  • Thrill of the Hunt (R) Exclamation mark range notification reduced to 1450 from 1550 ** (live value is 1250)

Poppy

Soraka
  • [Revert to live functionality for both Q and W. As previously mentioned, ricklessabandon noted the changes will return for next cycle.]

Athene's Unholy Grail
  • Total cost reduced to 2700g from 2800g
  • Combine cost reduced to 465g from 565

Frost Queen's Claim
  • [Active reverted to 40% from 20% to 50% based on how far ghosts traveled.]
  • [Ability power reverted to 50 from 45]
    • [NOTE: Alright, lots of changes and reverts. Compared to live, only FQC change on PBE atm is the cooldown increased to 90 seconds from 60 seconds]

Morellonomicon
  • Total cost reduced to 2400 from 2450 (live value 2550)

Talisman of Ascension 
  • [Cooldown reduction reverted to 10% from 20%]

Trinket
Farsight Alteration (Blue trinket)
  • [Added in an earlier update] When dropping a ward with blue trinket, your cursor will now change colors based on where it will drop. Red = on terrain, green = in brush, and blue is everywhere else. Works on mini map. Mini map icon also changed.
