3/1 PBE Update: Tentative and extensive Kassadin Changes

The PBE has been updated! Kassadin received some significant work in this patch but he's also crashing games on load up and unavailable for play, making it very hard to confirm the changes.

Balance Changes

* Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out! These are not official notes.

[ Since Kassadin is very broken on the PBE at the moment, I've managed to stitch together -most- of the values for today's changes from the files. Please be aware these are datamined and may not be accurate. Best I can do for now ]

Champions

Kassadin
[ Context ]: Kassadin's files were restructured into a new directory (Kassadin_OVERRIDE).  As Kassadin is currently crashing games, the info below is taken from the files the game uses to display text in-game. No values atm.
  • Base Armor: 18 ( from 14 )
  • Base Movement Speed: 350 ( from 340 )
  • Base HP Regen Per Second: 1.79 ( from 1.39 )
  • Base Attack Range: 150 ( from 125 )

  • Void Stone [ Passive ]:
    • [ Updated Tooltip ] Kassadin takes 15% reduced magic damage and ignores unit collision. 
      • ( Previously transformed this damage into bonus attack speed. )

  • Null Sphere [ Q ]:
    • [ Updated Tooltip ] Kassadin fires an orb of void energy at a target, dealing damage and interrupting channels. The excess energy forms around himself, granting a temporary shield that absorbs magic damage.
      • ( Previously silenced target for 3 seconds. )

  • [ Datamined Values] Null Sphere
70/75/80/85/90 Mana 
9/9/9/9/9 sec Cooldown 
Kassadin fires an orb of void energy at a target enemy, dealing 80/105/130/155/180  ( .5 AP )  magic damage and interrupting channels. 
The excess energy forms around himself, granting a shield that absorbs 40/70/100/130/160 ( RATIO MISSING )  magic damage for 2/2/2/2/2 seconds.

  • Nether Blade [ W ]:
    • [ Updated Tooltip ] Passive: Kassadin's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage. 
    • [ Updated Tooltip ] Active: Kassadin's next basic attack deals significant bonus magic damage and restores Mana.
      • ( Previously restored mana via the passive effect, tripled on champion hit. )

  • [ Datamined Values] Netherblade
No Cost 
7/6/5/4/3 sec Cooldown 
Passive: Kassadin's basic attacks draw energy from the void, dealing 20/20/20/20/20  ( RATIO MISSING ) bonus magic damage. 
Active: Kassadin charges his Nether Blade, causing his next basic attack to deal 40/70/100/130/160 ( .5 AP )  bonus magic damage and restore 10/10/10/10/10% of his missing Mana. Mana restore triples against champions


  • Force Pulse [ E ]:
    • [ Updated Tooltip ] Kassadin draws energy from spells cast in his vicinity, gaining a charge whenever a spell is cast near him. Upon reaching 6 charges, Kassadin can use Force Pulse to deal  magic damage and slow enemies by % for 3 seconds in a cone in front of him.
      • ( No change based on tooltip alone  )

  • [ Datamined Values] Force Pulse 
"80/80/80/80/80 Mana 
6/6/6/6/6 sec Cooldown 
Kassadin draws energy from spells cast in his vicinity, gaining a charge whenever a spell is cast near him. 
Upon reaching 6 charges, Kassadin can use Force Pulse to deal 80/105/130/155/180 (+ .5 AP ) magic damage and slow enemies by 30/35/40/45/50% for 3 seconds in a cone in front of him.

  • Rift Walk [ R ]:
    • [ Updated Tooltip ] Kassadin teleports to a nearby location dealing damage to nearby enemy units. Multiple Riftwalks in a short period of time cause them to cost additional Mana.
      • ( Previously dealt extra damage for multiple champion hits in short succession. )

  • [ Datamined Values] Rift Walk
100/100/100 Mana 
7/5/3 sec Cooldown 
Kassadin teleports to a nearby location dealing 80/120/160 ( ratio missing ) magic damage to surrounding enemy units 
Each subsequent Riftwalk within the next 8/8/8 seconds costs 100/100/100 additional Mana, stacks up to [10] times.
