Below you will find a comprehensive list of new content, balance changes, and whatever else  is included in the current PBE cycle! Be aware that these changes are extremely tentative, there is a possibility that things you see below will be changed or even reverted prior to the live patch.

Ornn, the Fire Below the Mountain

"Solitude always meets my expectations." Our latest champion Ornn, the Fire Below the Mountain has hammered his way on the PBE for testing!
Before we get started, here's Riot Szymba with a bug reports thread for Ornn:
"Hello, everyone! 
With yesterday's PBE deploy, we've enabled Ornn on the PBE for testing and feedback! We've spent a lot of time trying to burn down our bug count, but there are still a few things to take care of. If you happen to come across something odd during your time playing as, with, or against Ornn, please let us know through the Report a Bug tool with a description of what happened and whatever other information you can provide. 
I'll be keeping tabs on these threads throughout the 7.17 PBE cycle. Thanks for all your help and rock on!

Volcanic Rupture (Q):
Mana Cost: 55/60/65/70/75
Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 
Ornn slams the ground, creating a fissure which deals 20/50/80/110/140 (+100% total AD) physical damage and slows by 40/45/50/55/60% for 2 seconds. A magma pillar then forms at the fissure's end for 4 seconds. 
The fissure stops shortly after hitting an enemy champion.

Bellows Breath (W):
Mana Cost: 45/50/55/60/65
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8
Ornn stomps forwards unstoppably, breathing fire and shielding himself for (12% max health) for X seconds. The fire deals up to 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% of the enemy's current health as magic damage (minimum 80/130/180/230/280) 
Enemies hit by the final gout of flame become Brittle for 6 seconds. The next immobilizing effect against a Brittle enemy has it's duration increased by 30% and deals [7-16% based on Ornn's level] of their max health as magic damage. 
Ornn's basic attacks knock back Brittle targets.

Searing Charge (E):

Mana Cost: 60
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 

Ornn charges, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+ 30% armor)(+ 30% mr) physical damage to enemies hit. 
If Ornn rams into terrain, the resulting shockwave will deal 40/80/120/160/200 (+30% armor)(+30% mr)  physical damage and knock up enemies for 1 second.
The shockwave destroys magma pillars and terrain created by enemy champions.

Call of the Forge God (R):
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 150/115/80
Ornn summons a massive lava elemental which stampedes toward him. Enemies run over by the elemental take 125/175/225 (+20% AP) magic damage, are slowed by 40/60/80% for 2 seconds and become Brittle for 6 seconds. 
Ornn can recast this ability to smash into the elemental to redirect and empower it. The empowered elemental knocks up enemies for 1.5 seconds, deals 125/175/225 (+20% AP) magic damage and applies Brittle.

"Ornn is the Freljordian demi-god of forging and craftsmanship. He works in the solitude of a massive smithy, hammered out from the lava caverns beneath the volcano Hearth-Home. There he stokes bubbling cauldrons of molten rock to purify ores and fashion items of unsurpassed quality. When other deities—especially Volibear—walk the earth and meddle in mortal affairs, Ornn arises to put these impetuous beings back in their place, either with his trusty hammer or the fiery power of the mountains themselves."

New Game Mode - Invasion

The Emotes inventory has been enabled on the PBE! This page can be found under collection. You'll start out with one emote and can head over to the PBE shop to purchase the 20 or so options.

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

  • League of Draven (Passive) 
    • Adoration stacks lost on death increased from 50% to 75%
    • Gold received on kills lowered from 50 to 25

  • Mystic Shot (Q) AD ratio increased from 110% to 125%

  • Devastating Charge's (E) buff duration will be refunded for the time that Hecarim is in Onslaught of Shadow's (R) charge. 
  • Onslaught of Shadows (R): Flee duration changed from 1 second to [0.75 to 1.5 seconds based on charge distance.]

[All changes reverted - Context]
  • Howling Gale (Q) cooldown increased to from 14/13/12/11/10 to 17/16/15/14/13.
  • Zephyr (W):
    • Damage lowered from 60/115/170/225/280 to 60/105/150/195/240.
    • Mana cost lowered from 40/50/60/70/80 to 0 at all ranks.
    • [New Effect] "Damaging a champion with Zephyr restores mana and reduces Janna's cooldowns"

  • Sunlight (Passive):
    • Duration lowered from 3.5 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
    • Damage based on level increased from [20-105] to [30-166]
  • Shield of Daybreak (Q) cooldown lowered from 9/8/7/6/5 to 6 at all ranks.

[All changes reverted]
  • Seismic Shard (Q):
    • Cooldown changed from 8 at all ranks to 11/10/9/8/7
    • Mana cost lowered from 70/75/80/85/90 to 50/55/60/65/70
    • Magic damage lowered from 70/120/170/220/270 to 60/90/120/150/180
    • Movement speed steal changed from 14/17/20/23/26% to 20% at all ranks
    • Movement speed steal duration lowered from 4 seconds to 3 seconds
  • Brutal Strikes (W) :
    • [New Effect] "While Granite Shield holds, this bonus is tripled to x."  
    • Armor lowered from 15/20/25/30/35% to 10/15/20/25/30%

  • "If you enter W with a target locked on, they'll stay locked on for the whole W."
  • "E cast lockout following missed is being reduced by ~0.35 or something."
  • Fear Beyond Death (R) slow duration increased from 3 to 4

  • Tumble (Q):
    • [not sure on this, effect not mentioned on tooltip - Q enhanced auto applies two stacks of W] 
    • Bonus damage no longer crits.
  • Silver Bolts (W):
    • Bonus True Damage increased from 6/7.5/9/10.5/12% to to 6/8/10/12/14%
    • Minimum Damage changed from 40/60/80/100/120 to 50/65/80/95/110
  • Final Hour (R):
    • New Effect: "While under the effects of Final Hours, Vayne is revitalized when enemy champions she has damaged recently are killed, healing for 20% of their maximum health

      Vayne must have damaged an enemy champion withing 3 seconds to earn healing."

  • Magic Resist increased from 30 to 32.1
  • MR per Level increased from .50 to 1.25
  • Way of the Wanderer (Passive) shield changed from 100-510 to 60-555*
  • Last Breath (R) range increased from 1200 to 1400.

  • Attack Speed increased from 0.644 to .658.
  • Living Shadow (W) duration increased from 4.5 to 5 seconds.
Ardent Censer
  • Unique Passive attack speed lowered from 20-35% to 25%
  • Unique Passive health drain lowered from 20-35 health to 25
