Below you will find a comprehensive list of new content, balance changes, and whatever else  is included in the current PBE cycle! Be aware that these changes are extremely tentative, there is a possibility that things you see below will be changed or even reverted prior to the live patch.

New Champion Skin

Following social media teasers, the new legendary tier Pulsefire Caitlyn is now on the PBE for testing - as a 1820 RP skin this includes full sets of new animations, visuals, a unique voiceover, and more!

Pulsefire Ezreal Update

Pulsefire Ezreal, our first ultimate tier skin released way back in 2012, has had several updates on the PBE - including updated textures on all forms, new VFX, a new dance/recall, a new VO , and more!

New Summoner icons

Three new Pulsefire themed summoner icons this cycle, one for Caitlyn, one for Ezreal, and one that is just a symbol.

As part of his update, a new Pulsefire Ezreal icon will be automatically added for everyone that owns Pulsefire Ezreal

Pulsefire Caitlyn Login Theme

A new login featuring the upcoming legendary tier Pulsefire Caitlyn is now on the PBE!


Items Sets return

As mention in the latest LCU article, ITEM SETS have returned to the League Client! The feature is now in the new client and ready for you to assemble your customized item sets,
You can access the item sets feature by going to COLLECTION and clicking ITEMS.

The main item sets menu includes a browser for your custom item sets, management options like editing, copying, and deleting as well options at the bottom to browse recommended item sets.

Clicking into an existing page or creating a new page brings you into the set viewer, allowing you craft up your custom item set for your favorite champion, champions, or even all champions for the map of your choosing.

Ping muting options


As previewed in the 5/3 update, new ping muting options are now on the PBE for testing!

Here's Riot NaKyle with a boards thread on the upcoming ping muting options in testing:
"Hey everyone, 
Earlier today we shipped some code for ping muting to PBE. We'll be turning it on for testing on PBE in the next few days, and hope to have it live around the world within just a couple patches. This is a new button we're adding to the tab menu. It'll axe standard, smart, and HUD pings from the player you ping mute. 
The mute button that's already in the game is not moving or changing at all. It mutes chat, and extracurricular animations and emotes. The idea is to give everyone granular mute controls."
Two new muting options available:
  • /Pingmute or  /muteping- This will mute ping, smart ping, and UI pings from the player.
  • /fullmute or /mutefull - mutes both text and pings from the player.

You can mute pings by either using the UI icon on the scoreboard (right beside the existing mute button) or by typing the /muteping & /pingmute or /fullmute & /mutefull into chat. Typing the command again or clicking the button will of course undo the mute.

Your Shop returns to LCU

"Your Shop" has returned to the PBE LCU - on the PBE is is currently accessibly by a button on the home page.

This is the first time this feature has appeared on the PBE LCU. Your shop typically includes a variety of champions and skins at varying discounts and has been previously seen as part of multiple promotions.

"Missions" Assets Update

This cycle also includes continued changes to the previously mentioned MISSIONS assets, a future system in the works to support event rewards and more in the client.

Starting with 7.9 cycle, assets have slowly been hitting PBE but it hasn't been enabled for testing yet.

Thus far in the 7.10 PBE cycle, we've have several new placeholder art as as well various strings and small icons referencing all sorts of various potential rewards for Missions. "Order Tokens" and "Chaos Tokens" not in strings but mentioned else where; Chaos Tokens also has an icon asset.

Keep in mind these are just assets and strings pulled directly from the files, the feature is not complete or enabled and very much a work in progress!
As a reminder, here's a comment on missions from RiotMartlet :
"Hey guys, you might have noticed something new in the latest PBE build called Missions. It is in the build but not visible yet. We’re building Missions to support event rewards and more. If you participated in an event like Project or Shurima you probably remember janky experiences like manually claiming rewards through a website, or just seeing a random new summoner icon in your account a week or two afterward. We’re fixing that with a much more clear, “do thing, get thing” approach that’s all handled in client. We’ve still got some more work to do before we’re ready to reveal all the details, so expect to hear more in the coming weeks!"
Again, this featured is forthcoming and these assets do not represent the functioning system.

  • LCU assets have been added for Doom Bots / The Teemoing
  • Cassiopeia's tail updated - From RiotMEMEMEMEME ~
"Ssssssssssssnaaakeeee - Work to hook up, and smooth out the Dragon Tech on Cassiopeia's Tail will be hitting 7.10 PBE today."
  • A mysterious set of new Evelynn files popped up in today's PBE update, including two incomplete texture maps referencing Evelynn_Skin01. While these two files aren't particularly revealing, they are noticeably a different color from Evelynn's current skins. We know Evelynn is up for a large scope visual and gameplay update in the future

Fizz
  • Seastone Trident (W):
    • Passive's AP ratio increased from 33.3% to 40% 
    • Active's AP ratio increased from 33.3% to 40%
    • Charged Active's AP ratio increased from 100% to 120%
    • Damage changed from 25/40/55/70/85 to 20/30/40/50/60

Graves
  • End of the Line (Q):
    • Initial damage lowered from 55/70/85/100/115 to 40/55/70/85/100
    • Initial first hit bonus AD Ratio increased from 75% to 80%
    • Second damage changed from 80/125/170/215/260 to 80/110/140/170/200
    • Second damage bonus AD ratio changed from 40/60/80/100/120% to 40/70/100/130/160%
  • Collateral Damage (R) cooldown increased from 100/90/80 to 120/100/80

Heimerdinger

  • Base HP Regen lowered from 2.2016 to 1.4
  • HP Regen Per level lowered from .35 to .11
  • Hextech Affinity (Passive) - reworked.
    • [New] Moves 20% faster around SR turrets and his own turrets - 300 Range
  • H-28G Evolution Turret (Q):
    • Base Damage adjusted from 12/18/24/30/36 (+15% AP) to 6/9/12/15/18 (+30% AP)
    • Cooldown adjusted from 24 - 20 to 20
    • Amount of turrets held adjusted from  1/2/2/3/3 to 3
    • Beam attack time to charge increased from 16 to 90
    • Mana bar (for beam attack) changed from blue to white (instead of having a blue bar on top of another blue bar). 
    • Turret beam damage lowered from 60/80/100/120/140 to 40/60/80/100/120
  • Hextech Micro-Rockets (W):
    • Mana Cost adjusted from 70/80/90/100/110 to 50/60/70/80/90

  • CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade (E) :
    • Grenade hitbox increased from 210 to 250

    • Knock back distance increased by 25 units.
    • cooldown changed from 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 to 8/7.25/6.5/5.75/5 seconds.
  • Sapling Toss (E):

    • Maximum movement speed adjusted from 155% to 145+5% per level
    • Duration lowered from 7 to 6

Ancient Coin Line
  • Unique Passive - Favor tooltip now includes "Cannon minions always drop coins."

Eye of the Oasis
  • Base health regen increased from 100% to 125%
  • Total cost increased from 2400 to 2425 (due to Nomad's increase)

Face of the Mountain
  • Unique Passive - Spoils of WAR -melee basic attacks that would execute a minions now have an extended range of 150. 
    • [NOTE: This only shows up on the inventory hover of the item but is functional in-game]


Nomad's Medallion
  • Base health regen increased from 25% to 50%
  • Recipe change:
    • Faerie Charm replaced by Rejuvenation Bead. 
    • Total cost increased from 850 to 875

Spellthief line
  • Unique Passive - Tribute - Tooltip changed from " Killing a minion stops you from triggering for 6 seconds per minion slain." to " Killing minions slows Tribute generation."


Spirit Visage
  • Health increased from 425 to 450
  • MR lowered from 60 to 55
  • Health Regen lowered from 200% to 100%

Sterak's Gage

Talisman of Ascension

  • Cannon minions now alternate between Red and Blue Side (No canns on first wave)
  • Inhibitor respawn rate lowered from 300 seconds to 250 seconds

Gold Flow
  • Gold "Coin" flow rate increased form 3 to 5
  • Ambient gold increased from 5/5 to 5.5/5

Snowball
  • Base damage increased from 25-100 to 40-115

Super Minions 
  • Base Armor decreased from 100 (+50% DR) to 60 (+37.75 DR)
  • Base Magic resistance increased from -30 (-23% DR) to 10 (+9% DR)
  • [New] OOC movespeed aura is disabled on champions after the Super Minion enters combat

Howling Abyss Items

    •  have been replaces with their quick charging counterparts
