Below you will find a comprehensive list of new content, balance changes, and whatever else  is included in the current PBE cycle! Be aware that these changes are extremely tentative, there is a possibility that things you see below will be changed or even reverted prior to the live patch.

New Champion Skins

[NOTE: The SKT skins will have new sounds added in a future patch!]

The 7.13 PBE brings us new skins for Ekko, Jhin, Nami, Olaf, Syndra, and Zac, as well as a Ward Skin, to celebrate SKT as our 2016 World Champions!

Before we jump into the individual previews, here's KateyKhaos with a bugs & feedback thread for the SKT T1 Championship skins and ward:

Nami - Wolf - 1350 RP
  • New model and texture - A colorful fish, adorned in SKT-style armor!
  • New VFX - Full of vibrant golds and of course, her signature water and waves!
  • New recall animation - She may be served up as sushi, but you won’t catch Wolf dead on the Rift. ;)

Here's SuperCakes back with an update on this year's upcoming SKT World Championship skins, discussing their pricing and the upcoming addition of sound effects for each skin.
"Hello players who love Skins, players who love SKT and, in this particular case, players who love SKT Skins! 
When we first shipped the SKT Skins to PBE, we heard some concerns over their pricing. More specifically, we have a “Guide to Skin Price Tiers” on our player support page that promises that 1350RP skins would have new sounds, and some of these SKT skins don’t. 
First, I want to apologize that we’ve not updated this guide in so long. When we originally wrote it four years ago, our philosophy on pricing skins was different (not dramatically, but still). When we change our thinking, this also means we owe you an explanation, and we failed to do this. 
In the case of these SKT skins, all of our normal playbooks were thrown out. We didn’t look at them as an individual set of features, but rather a holistic experience. We wanted to create World Championship skins that are highly commemorative and, because they are rev-shared, give you an opportunity to honor SKT in a really meaningful way. 
We don’t charge you for “our effort.” There is no evil overlord tracking our hours and converting that into RP. But, there is a level of value and quality that we strive for when creating content and once we hit it, we price accordingly. In the case of the 2016 SKT World Championship Skins, we believe they are priced fairly for what they are: a high quality execution across a number of dimensions, even if those dimensions don’t 1:1 match our checklist. 
But we also know we made a commitment, so we’re going to live up to it. We’re still planning to release these skins at 1350RP in Patch 7.13, but we will release an update to them soon after that adds in sounds and checks those boxes. Honestly speaking, we’re not sure if the skins are necessarily better for it. That’s why they weren’t part of their original design. But we also don’t feel that we’re holding up our end of the bargain otherwise. 
This conversation also gives us an opportunity to revamp our policies to match how we currently approach our work. We owe you an updated explanation that really gets into why we make the things we make. We’ll probably also update or retire that article once we can. 
We’re really excited to launch these 2016 SKT Championship Skins, and thank you for all of your feedback to help make them the best they can be.

Honor Login Theme

A new login theme featuring art from the Honor system has hit the PBE!

Look for Honor update to go live in 7.13 following the conclusion of live OCE testing in 7.12! More information on rewards, how to particpate, and more available [here].


  • [Assets removed as of 6/14 PBE Update] Several "SG_" files were added this cycle. Below is the "SG_skybox_a.dds" asset, which features art very similar to previously seen Star Guardian art. No details on what these files are for yet but the handful of files are all related to map textures/environment. 
  • The special loading screens for Dawnbringer Riven and Nightbringer Yasuo were tweaked slightly, bringing the decorations in away from the edges. KateyKhaos tweeted about the change [here] and [here].
  • Legend of the Poro King is on the PBE for RGMQ testing.

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

  • Base armor lowered from 27 to 24
  • Winds of War (Q) 
    • Combined tornado damage lowered from 45/60/75/90/105 to 30/40/50/60/70 
    • Tornado AP ratio increased from 45% to 60%.
  • Hero's Entrance (R) AP ratio increased from 70% to 80%

  • Boomerang Throw (mini Q) - damage increased from 5/35/65/95/125 to 5/45/85/125/165
  • Crunch (mega E) range increased from 475 to 600.

  • Number of successful hunts to increase attack range after the initial four lowered from 4 to 3. 
    • [The first 4 successful hunts increase Kindred's attack range by 75. Every 3 successful hunts after the first 4 increase their attack range by 25.] 
  • Wolf's Frenzy (W) current % health damager per mark increased from 0.5% to 1%
  • Mounting Dread (E) base damage increased from 40/60/80/100/120 to 60/80/100/120/140

    • Passive counter increments upon launching an attack (previously was upon landing a hit)
    • Passive's values changed a lot - from [Total AD] to [base + bonus AD + AP]

      • [new] 30% AP ratio added.
      • [new] 15/20/25/30/35 base damage added
  • Lightning Rush (E) AP ratio changed from 60% to 80%

  • Taste Their Fear (Q):
    • Base damage lowered from 70/95/120/145/170 to 60/85/110/135/160 
    • Bonus AD ratio lowered from 120% to 110%
    • Increased damage to isolated targets increased from 50% to 65%
  • Void Assault (R):
    • Active's stealth duration increased from 1.25 to 1.5
    • Evolved Adaptive Camouflage stealth duration increased from 2.5 to 3 seconds. 

  • Base health increased from 540 to 565
  • Nature's Grasp (R)  
    • cooldown lowered from 120/110/100 to 120/100/80
    • range increased from 2500 to 3000

  • Hammer Shock (Q) enemies max health damage increased from 7% to 8%

  • Void Rush (R) bonus AD ratio increased from 160% to 185%
Rek'Sai changes from Meddler:
"Q - does a better job of spell queueing 
W - Standardized unburrow time for W reactivation versus right click (right click was slightly slower), knockback for secondary targets now clears the CC properly on knockback end (was lingering sometimes) 
R - Ratio 1.6 -> 1.85, CD updates properly for allies, visual effects clean up."

  • Total Cost increased from 2800 to 2900
    • Combine cost increased from 880 to 1080
  • Build Path changed: Catalyst + Negatron Cloak + 1080g
  • Magic Resist lowered from 65 to 55
  • Health increased from 300 to 350
  • [removed] No longer gives 100% Base Health Regen
  • [new] Now gives 300 Mana
  • [new] Unique Passive: Eternity: 15% of damage taken from champions is gained as Mana. Spending Mana restores 20% of the cost as Health, up to 25 per spell cast.

Adaptive Helm
  • Health increased from 300 to 350

Ancient Coin
  • Unique Passive - Favor: Coin mana restore increased from 8% to 15%
  • Unique Passive - Favor: Coin gold increased from 20 to 25

Bami's Cinder
  • Total cost lowered from 1100 to 900g.
    • Combine Cost lowered from 700 to 500
  • Total health lowered from 280 to 200
  • Unique Passive - Immolate  bonus damage to minions and monsters increased from 50% to 100%

Enchantment Runic Echos
  • Mana restore lowered from 18% to 15%

Enchantment Cinderhulk
  • Total cost lowered from 2625g to 2425g (due to Bami's price change)
  • Health Lowered from 400 to 325
  • Bonus health increased from 15% to 20%

Eye of the Oasis
  • Unique Passive - Favor: Coin mana restore increased from 8% to 15%
  • Unique Passive - Favor: Coin gold increased from 30 to 40

Nomads Medallion
  • Unique Passive - Favor: Coin mana restore increased from 8% to 15%
  • Unique Passive - Favor: Coin gold increased from 30 to 40

Sunfire Cape
  • Build Path changed from [Chain Vest + Bami's Cinder + 1000g] to [Chain Vest + Bami's Cinder + Ruby + 800g]

    Talisman of Ascension
