The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 12.11 PBE cycle, today's patch includes splash tweaks, more TFT: Dragonlands testing & tuning, & tons of balance changes!

Bug Fixes
-Banshee’s Claw no longer blocks ALL damage from the following champions’ Abilities: (Aatrox,Nunu,Thresh)
-Shimmerscale 
---items can no longer be removed by attempting to hotkey sell the unit in combat 
---Gambler’s blade now functions after the end of its first averaging period 
-Hand of justice data values now match tooltip values 
-Ezreal now properly gains mana on his first auto after a spell at full AS stacks
-Reckless Spending’s tooltip now properly states that it grants 40% damage amp (was showing 25% despite it granting 40%)
-Soraka - now only has her passive active when a unit on her team is below 50% HP instead of all the time 
-Sy’fen - now has a cast time and spell is flagged correctly so it works with mage. 
-Ashe will no longer slow the Attack Speed of units with an active Quicksilver
-Fixed an issue where Pyke would do his ‘reset’ casts even if he didn’t kill a unit because they were immune to damage (via Zoe’s Kayle’s Intervention, Diamond Hands, etc.)
-Ascension’s VFX now works
-Fixed a rare issue causing players to be offered 3 Trait augments in a single Augment Armory
-Yasuo can no longer execute PvE enemies
-Pandora’s Bench can no longer grant units that don’t have enough copies in the pool
-Zoe’s Ivern spell should no longer spawn an enemy Daisy. This one’s been tough to track down and we think we’ve fixed it in every scenario where it can happen, but please let us know if you still see it happening

- She now has a prestige themed tattoo under her left eye, to keep it aligned with other skins.
- More VFX has been added to the Heal from Surround Sound (W) heal
- Passive aura on allies is no longer yellow. It has been changed to turquoise/aquamarine
- Hairs are made slightly darker/orang-y
- VFX on the platform are now better visible when the Echo part of the passive is ready.

Bel'Veth
PBE Update 6/1: 
  • Pinging Bel'Veth P now prints to chat her # of stacks and Attack Speed gained
  • Pinging Bel'Veth R while in Leviathan form prints the remaining duration of the buff to chat
  • Leviathan Form Slow Attack animations have been adjusted. Should look more slashy and less slappy (https://imgur.com/a/vsN0SFp)
  • Medium Speed Attacks have been tweaked to alternating left-right stabs rather than a left-left-right-right cadence
  • The threshold for medium speed attack animations has been reduced from 2.8 AS to 1.8 AS
  • The threshold for fast speed attack animations has been reduced from 3.5 AS to 3.2 AS
  • Leviathan Form size increase has been slightly reduced (rip Big'Veth)
  • Miscellaneous bug fixes - Sunfire damage should no longer be reduced by her passive, ARAM should be good to go, refillable potion interrupting her E is on our radar but not in yet"

After evaluating the feedback, we've made the following updates to Ocean Song Yone per your feedback:
  • Increased the material transparency to his water skirt by 5% more, as we did not want to lose the wave effect and have the skirt be lost in the map itself.
  • Increased the splash on his death to by 30% more transparent.
  • Adjusted the splash art to update his face likeness.
We have received a lot of great feedback that we will definitely utilize for future Yone skins and appreciate your trying to write feedback in a way that's most helpful for us. Some suggestions either conflicted with other player feedback or with internal craft expertise, others (changing the hat, changing the position/sizing of Yone in the Splash Art, additional changes to his model, etc.) are out of scope for a PBE change. Thank you for taking the time to test Ocean Song Yone and sharing your feedback with us!"
