5/27 PBE Update: New & Tweaked Splashes, Continued TFT Testing and More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 12.11 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new & tweaked splash art for the Ocean Song skins and Bel'Veth, continued TFT: Dragonlands testing, and more!

Dragonlands continues testing on the PBE! Here's Riot Mort with today's changelist:

-Ornn Tooltip now states his Stun Duration scaling with Star Level (1.5/2/8 seconds)
-Guild tooltip now shows the current bonuses scaled by the current Guild trait level
-Guild tooltip now styles each bonus by active or inactive depending on the Guild units in play
-Zoe's Ability tooltip now more clearly explains what her Ability does

Set Mechanic
-Treasure Dragon End of Round SFX
---No longer will play the standard bell countdown - plays a different series of SFX including drums to lead into next prepare round 
Bug Fixes
-Removed Trainer Emblem from Tome of Traits
-Fixed a typo in Bruiser Crown’s tooltip 
-Fixed an issue where Mage Hecarim’s second cast could fail to effect enemies
-Volibear now sets himself to 0 mana after his cast (no more infinite casting bugs with placing mana items during/after his cast)
-Zoe should no longer summon Daisy for the enemy team (tentative)
-Jade Statues now become immune when their “shatter” is triggered (this fixes a bug where Pyke would try to target the shattering statue with his ability) 
-Mirage tooltip & bard tooltip should correctly display after disconnect/reconnect occurs
-End of Game match results now show the champion icons
-Trait VFX are properly applied to Dragon origin trait contributions
-Dragon Roars for Purchase/Upgrade will no longer be global
-Heart and Soul trait augments now properly stack
-Health bar height adjustments to most units 
-Fixed a bug where Corki was not mana-locked during his spell
-Multiple fixes to how the buff from the Beast’s Den augment was applied and removed both in and out of combat.
-Statikk Shiv and Radiant Statikk Shiv’s chain lightning no longer deals the bonus Gadget Expert true damage all to the primary target rather than spread amongst all targets hit
-Dragonmancer Hero buff is now properly applied to Clone Army units
-Units equipped with Chalice of Power who are being sacrificed to a Legend unit now have their the AP from Chalice granted to themselves properly before the Legend sacrifice occurs, so that the Legend gains 40% of that 30 AP in addition to the 30 they gain from being adjacent to a unit equipped with Chalice
-Fixed a bug where Qiyana would sometimes cast twice in a row (tentative)"

    • On hit damage increased 3/4/5 to 6/8/10

    • Ablaze explosion damage lowered from 10-14% to 8-?%
    • Ablaze DoT lowered from 3% max health to 2.5% max health??
      • [I think this is the change but don't quote me until I can verify!]

  • Burst Fire (Q)
    • Damage increased from  [7/9/11/13/15 + 110/112.5/115/117.5/120% AD] to [8/11/14/17/20 + 110/115/120/125/130% AD]
    • Slow changed from [18/26/34/42/50% for 1s] to [99% for .25s]
      • Note: This is the number change, but may be incorrect. Tooltip actually removes wording on slow:
        • Old: "A fully charged Attack deals x + x max Health magic damage, Slows by x% for x seconds, and consumes all charge."
        • New: "A fully charged Attack deals x + x max Health magic damage and consumes all charge."
    • Energized AP ratio increased from 80% to 90%
    • Energized HP ratio increased from [1-10%] to [3-15%]
  • Ultrashock Laser (W)
    • Cooldown lowered from 13/12/11/10/9s to 12/11/10/9/8
    • AD ratio increased from 140% to 150%
    • slow lowered from 30/40/50/60/70% to 30/35/40/45/50%
    • [New] "If the pulse hits terrain, it expands into a laser that applies the effects in an area and Critically Strikes champions and monsters."
    • [New] cast time now scales with attack speed
  • Spark Surge (E)
    • Cooldown lowered from 26/24.5/23/21.5/20 to 24/21.5/19/16.5/14
    • Cooldown reduction lowered from 1s to 0.75s
    • [Changed] "Critical strikes reduce the cooldown 2 additional times."
      • Old: "If Burst Fire (Q) critically strikes it reduces the cooldown an additional time."
  • Lightning Crash (R)
    • cooldown lowered from 120/95/70 to 100/85/70
    • movespeed per stack reduced from 1.5% to 1%
    • stacks on champion hit increased from 4 to 10
    • [Changed] "Critical strikes add 2 additional stacks."
      • Old: "If Burst Fire (Q) critically strikes it adds an additional stack."
