8/31 PBE Update: More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.18 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

Champions
Camille
[Changelist]
  • Adaptive Defenses (Passive) cooldown increased from 16-10 to 22-10

Draven
  • Whirling Death (R)
    • [New] "If Whirling Death would leave an enemy champion with less health than 100% of Draven's current League of Draven stacks, he will execute them."

Gangplank
  • Base HP increased from 540 to 570
  • HP per level increased from 82 to 90

Lee Sin
  • Base AD lowered from 70 to 68

Lillia

  • HP5 lowered from 3 to 2.5
  • HP regen per level lowered from 0.15 to 0.11

Miss Fortune
  • Bullet Time (R) total waves increased from 12/15/18 to 14/16/18

Qiyana

  • Edge of Ixtal (Q)
    • Base damage reverted from 80/110/140/170/200 to 60/85/110/135/160 
    • Damage beyond first hit reverted from [50% reduced physical damage] to [75% reduced physical damage]

Taliyah
  • Threaded Volley (Q) 
    • worked ground duration lowered from 45s to 25s
    • worked ground size lowered from 450 units to 300 units

Trundle
  • Pillar of Ice (E) slow lowered from 32/39/46/53/60% to 30/34/38/42/46%

TFT Champions

Tier 1
Vayne
  • bonus true damage lowered from 70/100/130 to 70/95/120

Olaf
  • Healing reverted from 20/30/55 to 20/30/70

Aatrox
  • % AD reverted from 320/340/380 to 260/280/360 
  • healing lowered from 200/300/450 to 200/300/400
Tier 4
Galio
  • Damage increased from 200/300/1200 to 200/300/1500
  • Damage reduction increased from 60/70/90% to 60/70/95%

Jax
  • attack speed lowered from 30/35/100% to 20/30/100%

Aphelios
  • % AD lowered from 350/375/50000 to 350/375/450

Reminder - this is a pro focused patch in anticipation of Worlds. 
Relative to the preview, I corrected some champions as "adjustments" instead of buffs. 
We also added Camille to the nerf list given the Renekton/Jayce nerfs favoring her in the meta."
