7/11 PBE Update #1: Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.14 PBE cycle, this morning's early patch includes more tentative balance changes for Aatrox, Corki, and more!

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Champions
Aatrox
[Context/Changelist] [Aatrox has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Base HP lowered from 610 to 580
  • The Darkin Blade (Q) 
    • First hit damage lowered from 20/35/50/65/80 to 10/25/40/55/70
    • Minion damage lowered from [65% - 100%] to [50% to 100%]
  • World Ender (R
    • cooldown increased from 140/130/120 to 160/140/120
    • AD increased from 20% at all ranks to 20/25/30%
    • "Q slot is frozen on revive (maintains current Q progression)"

Corki
[Corki has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Gattling Gun (E) total damage increased from 120/160/220/260/320 to 120/170/220/270/320
      • Vs: Live: from 80/140/200/260/320 to 120/170/220/270/320

Karma
[Karma has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Inspire (E) cost reverted from 55/60/65/70/75 to 60/65/70/75/80

Nasus
  • Fury of the Sands (R) max health when empowered reverted from 300/500/700 to 300/450/600

Pantheon

  • Attack speed increased from .644 to .696

Rakan

  • Gleaming Quill (Q) cooldown increased from 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 to 12/11/10/9/8
  • The Quickness (R) cooldown increased from 120/100/80 to 130/110/90

Sejuani
  • Permafrost (E) Active damage reverted from 20/35/50/65/80 to 30/45/60/75/90
  • Glacial Prison (R) 
    • storm detonation slow potency reverted from 45% to 80%
    • storm detonation slow duration reverted from 2 seconds to 3 seconds
    • empowered storm stun lowered from 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds

Sion

  • Decimating Smash (Q)
    • minimum damage AD ratio increased from [45/50/55/60/65%] to [45/52.5/60/67.5/75%]
    • maximum damage AD ratio increased from [135/150/165/180/195%] to [135/157.5/180/202.5/225%]

Talon
  • Rake (W)
    • damage reverted from 50/60/70/80/90 to 50/65/80/95/110
    • return damage lowered from 70/90/110/130/150 to 70/85/100/115/130
      • Vs. Live: from 70/95/120/145/170 to 70/85/100/115/130

Zoe
  • Paddle Star (Q)
    • Minimum damage AP radio reverted from 50% to 60%
    • Maximum damage AP ratio reverted from 125% to 150%
  • Spell Thief (W)
    • total magic damage changed from 75/120/165/210/255 to 75/105/135/165/195
    • AP ratio lowered from 65% to 55%

Context & Notes

1) Riot Jag provided a full changelist for Aatrox that should be coming to the PBE soon:
"Hey guys, there was a portion of the changes that hit PBE but not all of them made it. I'm testing a few changes with the goal of shifting power from early game to mid/late game. The changelist will most likely be an overall power-down, but I'm hoping to get a lot of feels wins out of it in the process. 
The reasoning here is that Aatrox's early game is absolutely monstrous, and really in need of some substantial nerfs, but his falloff is still quite severe, so I wanted to even it out. The intent is that he's still going to be quite strong in the early game even with these changes. 
Here's the full changelist (should get to PBE tomorrow). 
  • Base Stats
    • Base HP down 610 >>> 580 (revert of micropatch buff)
  • Q
    • Base damage down by 10 at all ranks (micropatch buff was +5)
    • Minion damage down 65-100% >>> 50-100%
  • E
    • Recharge rate increased early, reduced late, 20-12 >>> 24-8
  • R
    • Total Attack Damage Increase 20% at all ranks >>> 20/25/30%
  • Q slot is frozen on revive (maintains current Q progression)"
