7/2 PBE Update: Aatrox Wings Toggle + Tweaks and Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.14 PBE cycle, today's patch features more Aatrox tweaks including a toggle and banner wings on his skins and more tentative balance changes.

Aatrox Wings Toggle + Skin Wings

As noted by Reav3 in his recent post, Aatrox's 'banner wings' are in the process of being implemented on the PBE!

You can toggle these new wings on and off using control + 5!

 Today's update also added the wings to Justicar Aatrox, Mecha Aatrox + Chroma, and Sea Hunter Aatrox.

Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Champions
Caitlyn
  • Piltover Peacemaker (Q) AD ratio increased from [130/140/150/160/170%] to [130/145/160/175/190%]

Nocturne
  • Base AD lowered from 65 to 62
  • Paranoia (R) AD ratio lowered from 150% to 120%

Taliyah
  • Threaded Volley (Q) cooldown increased from [9/7.5/6/4.5/3] to [11/9/7/5/3]

Tristana
  • Rapid Fire (Q) bonus attack speed changed from [30/50/70/90/110%] to [50/65/80/95/110%]
  • Explosive Charge (E) 
    • mana cost lowered from [70/75/80/85/90] to [60 at all ranks]
    • cooldown lowered from [16/15.5/15/14.5/14] to [16/15/14/13/12]

Varus
  • Piercing Arrow (Q) 
    • Minimum damage AD ratio increased from 100% to 110%
    • Maximum damage AD ratio increased from 150% to 165%
  • Blighted Quiver (W)
    • Bonus magic damage changed from [5/9/13/17/21] to [7/10.5/14/17.5/21]
    • Magic damage per stack changed from [2/2.75/3.5/4.25/5%] to [3/3.5/4/4.5/5%]

1) Riot NeuroCat noting the Fizz W change are aiming to be shipped in 8.14!
"Just an update, we're looking to ship these changes in 8.14 - I'll let y'all know if we change the numbers, but they don't seem too far off."
