9/5 PBE Update: Championship Ashe splash, Worlds 2017 login theme, & more!

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 7.18 PBE cycle, today's patch includes Championship Ashe's splash art and special edition loading screen, a new login theme for Worlds 2017, new summoner icons, and much more!

Championship Ashe Splash Art

The splash art for the upcoming Championship Ashe skin is now on the PBE:

Also included is a special edition loading screen decoration.

New Summoner Icons

Three new summoner icons are now on the PBE. Riot Draggles confirmed that these icons are related to the "Clash" mode test on the Vietnamese server later this month:
  

Worlds 2017 Login Theme

A new login theme is now on the PBE, featuring Worlds 2017:


Miscellaneous 

  • Option text added to disabled Worlds map accents, themed decals and new Baron skin.

Aatrox

[NOTE: RiotAxes noted Aatrox changes likely to return next cycle.]
  • Massacre (R) active attack range buff has been reverted. Value returned from 225 to 175.

Fiora
  • Grand Challenge (R) [has changes on the PBE inc. a new effect relating to DD. In today's patch, she has had that new effect from a previous PBE update changed and DD movespeed bonus while hear target re-added.]
    • [REMOVED]: "The movement speed bonus she gets for each vital hit has its duration doubled"
    • [ADDED]: "In additional, Fiora gains Duelist Dance's Movement speed bonus (X) while near the target"

Lee Sin
  • Safeguard (W1) shield increased from 40/100/160/220/280 to 60/115/170/225/280

Lucian
  • Relentless Pursuit (E) cooldown increased from 18/17/16/15/14 to 22/20/18/16/14

Rengar
  • Base armor increased from 22 to 25

Items
Eye of the Watchers
[NOTE: EotW has other changes currently testing on the PBE from earlier this cycle, including +10% cdr]
  • Total cost increased from 2200 to 2300

Frost Queen's Claim

Context & Notes

and that's just the wip it is

1) Riot Axes on Aatrox revert in today's PBE:
"I think we're not shipping Aatrox this patch, but expect stuff to come back in the next cycle. 
400 range was too much for the visuals and the changes just ended up incurring a lot of risk for the expected payoff. Still want to ship something for him soon, though."
