Check out the 8/18 quick gameplay thoughts as well, it also mentions several 7.18 changes being looked at.2) Riot LoveStrut commented on the VFX for Eternum Cassiopeia's W:
"As a heads up, we made a booboo and put out the wrong textures for Eternum Cassiopeia's W today. That'll be getting updated soon!"
