8/30 PBE Update: Esports Emotes & More Tentative Balance Changes

Esports Emotes

44 new Esports emotes were added to today's PBE for the 2017 World Championship. These will likely be usable in game with the corresponding icon equipped.

Miscellaneous 

• Option to hide all enemy summoner emotes added to interface options:

Gragas
[Context]

• Body Slam (E)  "Gragas' E hitbox has been adjusted to be less ridiculous at its end"

Kalista

• Fate's Call (R) cooldown increased from 120/90/60 to 150/120/90

Ornn

• [Bugfix - Context] "I also fixed that annoying bug where you couldn't move the camera clicking on the minimap while forging."

• Volcanic Rupture (Q) 
• Pillar spawn lowered from 1.25 seconds to 1.125 seconds
• "has a small push on it when it spawns" [Context]

• Bellows Breath (W)
• "W length and width inc by 50" [Context]
• "W also sets your speed from 35% to 50%" [Context]

• Searing Charge (E) 
• No longer knocks back on charge through. [Context]

• Call of the Forge God (R) 
• Ram max speed increased from 1050 to 1200 [Context]

Tristana

• Explosive Charge (E) bonus AD on physical damage lowered from 50/65/80/95/110% to 50/60/70/80/90%

• Buster Shot (R) magic damage lowered from 300/400/500 to 250/375/500

Context & Notes

1) Here's Squad5 with tons of Ornn context on today's changes:

[1] Here's what I put in yesterday - Q pillar spawns 1s instead of 1.25s and has a small push on it when it spawns. W length and width inc by 50

[2] Took out the E's knockback on charge through, increased the R1 ram's max speed from 1050 to 1200.

[3] Oh and I also fixed that annoying bug where you couldn't move the camera clicking on the minimap while forging.

[4] W also sets your speed from 35% to 50%

3) When asked for context on the Circlet of the Iron Solari (Ornn Masterwork Item) Squad5 noted it was a bug:

"Circlet is a bug. The new Zhonya's is to give AP another option. I underestimated how meaningful the items were to his teammates."

4) Here's RiotRepertoir with a note on a Gragas change seen this cycle:

"We've still got a few days left, so there could be some more stuff coming in, but likely not a TON. There's also frequently stuff that can go unnoticed on PBE but still be in the patch. For example, Gragas' E hitbox has been adjusted to be less ridiculous at its end, but it's not a change easily recognized otherwise."
