11/5 PBE Update: Victorious Sivir splash art, All-Star Summoner Icon Finishers, & more!

[NOTE: Late addition to the list, Teleport no longer has reduced cooldown for TP to allied turret.]

The PBE has been updated! As we near the end of the 5.22 PBE cycle, the splash art for Victorious Sivir has been added, new in-game finishers for the All-Star team summoner icons are now working in game, and we have a few  more tentative balance changes!

Victorious Sivir Splash Art

The splash art for our 2015 season ranked reward Victorious Sivir skin is now on the PBE!

All-Star Summoner Icon Finishers

While we previewed them yesterday, the new All-Star 2015 Team Fire and Team Ice finishers are now working in game! Just like with the fancy URF finishers from earlier this year, simply equip  on of the All-Star 2015 team icons and a special finisher animation will play when you kill an enemy!

As mentioned in earlier posts, these two icons also have special emote emblems for each team! Here's a short video showing off the new finishers and the new emblems:

At this time there are no details yet on availability of the icons or how long these extra sort of effects will be available for when the icons are eventually released.

Rift Herald Icon Update

The new Rift Herald  has received tweaks to both his tab timer icon and the minimap icon for in today's patch. The icon is now a bit less eye ball-y than before.


  • Minor changes to the ranked reward borders, including thinning them up, tweaking the shadows, slight color adjustments - [ click here for images: old vs new]

Balance Changes

Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out! These are not official notes.

Miss Fortune

  • Love Tap (Passive) now works on towers, dealing 50% damage [s]
  • Bullet Time (R) total AD ratio increased to .75 from .7

Bloodthirster (p)
  • Now Builds from [BF Sword + Long Sword + Vamp Scepter] from [BF Sword + Vamp Scepter]
    • Total cost remains at 3700

Frozen Mallet (p)
  • Total cost increased to 3100 from 3000
  • AD up to 40 from 35

Jaurim's Fist (new item introduced this cycle) (p)
  • Total cost adjusted to 1200 from 1040g

Sterak's Gage (p)
  • Now Builds from [J. Fist + Ruby Crystal] instead of [J. Fist + Ruby Crystal + Longsword]
    • Total cost remains at 2700.
Summoner Spells
  • No longer has a 60 second reduced cooldown if used to teleport to a friendly turret
    • [Note: This was a change from an earlier PBE update but we missed it!!]
