10/17 PBE Update: Balance Changes, Sultan GP Splash, TTL out of Beta, Turret Indicators and more!

The PBE has been updated! In addition to more tentative balance changes for Kassadin and Xerath, Sultan Gangplank's splash has been added, Turret Indicators are now live, Twisted Treeline has been "moved out of beta" ( according to it's new images at least ), and more!

Haunted Zyra

Haunted Zyra is now available in the shop for 1350 RP... but Zyra is currently disabled due to a bug. Hopefully this gets fixed up so we can get a proper look at Haunted Zyra

Turret Indicators enabled

The new turret indicators are now up and running on the PBE. Check this post for more info.

TTL No Longer "Beta"

Twisted Treeline's art in both the play menu and the custom game menu has been updated and no longer says "beta".

Nocturne Square updated again

Nocturne's portrait has been updated again - the background is now purple instead of blue.

Balance Changes

* Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out.

  • Riftwalk ( R ) tooltip now reads : "Kassadin teleports to a nearby location dealing 80/105/130 (+0.6) magic damage to surrounding enemy units.  Additionally, each subsequent Riftwalk within the next 8/8/8 seconds costs 100/100/100 additional Mana and deals 50/55/60 (+.1 ap) additional damage, stacks up to 10 times. If Kassadin hits an enemy champion with Riftwalk, it refunds 50/50/50% of the cost." from yesterday's verbose changes.
  • Base damage changed to 80/105/130 from 70/100/130
  • Now back to granting stacks on each jump rather than only gaining damage stacks when hitting an enemy champion 
  • Bonus damage for subsequent Riftwalks changes to 50/55/60 (.1 ) from 35/50/65 ( .2 )

  • Arcanopulse ( Q ) self slow at 35%
  • Stasis Orb ( E ) damage reduced to 85/120/155/190/225 ( + .45 AP ) from 100/140/180/220/260 (+ .6 AP )
  • Ascension ( R ) damage lowered to 125/175/225 from 150/200/250
