8/8 PBE Update: More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.16 PBE cycle, today's patch includes continued Nexus Blitz testing and more tentative balance changes!

Continued Nexus Blitz Testing

 Riot August posted a Nexus Blitz change list for 8/8:
"Patch notes for today: 8/8 
Highlights here are Kindred passive being updated for the map and a second rework of Bardle Royale circle placements.

Champions 
Kindred
  • Mark system has been reworked for Nexus Blitz.
  • Stacks on Marked champion Kill:: 1 >>> 2
  • Now ALWAYS gains a stack when killing Red, Blue, or Rift Herald.
  • No longer hunts enemy jungle camps.
Rewards 
  • Rewards are now recorded on the scoreboard
  • Rewards have cool emotes that play when you win them 
Events 
Bardle Royale and King of the Hill
  • Adjusted circle positions to be less likely to spawn under an enemy tower
  • Added a number of new possible center points for the circle (including new points in the enemy jungle)
  • Fixed a bug where the circle could spawn at the zero point of the map
  • Added new fancy particles to King of the Hill
Sudden Death
  • Nexus Minion
    • Armor:: 250 >>> 200
    • Magic Resist:: 200 >>> 150
Champ Select
  • Players are alerted as to what role they are at start of champion select"

Miscellaneous 

  • Cosmic Enchantress Lulu chroma spotlight:


Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Champions
Lee Sin
  • Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike (Q)
    • Sonic Wave damage reverted from 50/80/110/140/170 to 50/75/100/125/150
    • Resonating Strike damage reverted from 50/80/110/140/170 to 50/75/100/125/150

Leona
[Leona has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Eclipse (W) damage reverted from 60/90/120/150/180 to 60/100/140/180/220

Tryndamere
  • Spinning Slash (E) cooldown changed from 13/11.5/10/8.5/7 to 13/12/11/10/9

Yasuo
[Context]
  • Last Breath (R) bonus AD reverted from 250% to 150%

2) Phroxz0n with context on the Yasuo testing this cycle:
"Yasuo got blasted by 8.15 (took the brunt of the IE nerfs [which were huge] without the balancing factor of the Stormrazor buffs). 
We wanted to avoid pre-emptive buffing him, despite knowing it was power down, but I expect him to be weak on 8.15. (Pro is playing on 8.14). 
We aren't going through with the Yasuo buffs, because we can't get good alignment on a changelist that is not frustration up, but I suspect he'll be weak for this patch."
