8/2 PBE Update: Skin Tweaks & Nexus Blitz Balance

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.16 PBE cycle, today's patch includes tweaks to Mecha Aurelion Sol and more balance changes for the experimental Nexus Blitz mode!

Skin Tweaks

Here's an update from Nurse Flan with changes for Mecha Aurelion Sol:
"Update: 
Hello! NurseFlan's been working hard to compile and share all of the feedback with the team. As of this afternoon, she's locked down some changes the team will be working on. Some of these changes have already been checked in as of Wednesday evening.
  • (Q) core should now have a red flickering light, with a darker background on the map floor.
  • (W) passive ships have a red circle glow/core around them!
  • Joke emote has new glasses - it's black with a neon teal rim!
  • The chest turbine has been pushed in/sized down!
  • The waffle tail has been fixed, but it's only really noticeable on his shadow - it looks much less broken, and more pointy."

 Riot August posted a Nexus Blitz change list for 8/2:

Champions: 
Kalista
Stats -
  • AD:: 62 >>> 67
  • AS/lvl:: 3.5% >>> 4.5%
Veigar:
Passive -
  • Stacks per champion hit:: 2 >>> 1
  • Stacks per CS remains at 2 (compared to 1 on SR)
Nasus
Q -
  • Nexus Blitz Stack Multiplier:: 3 >>> 2.5
  • (He'll now get 7.5 stacks per minion kill, down from 9) 
Runes: 
Dark Harvest
  • Stacks on champion death:: 6 >>> 4
  • Stacks on Cannon death:: 4 >>> 3 
Items: 
Added Zephyr - An MS and Tenacity option for AD/AS characters that need to kite better. 
Jungle:
  • Reduced health of jungle monsters by 5%
  • Murkwolf Explosion damage:: 33% max HP >>> 60% Max HP
  • Jungle camp spawn time:: 55 >>> 60
  • Red and Blue spawn time:: 1:50 >>> 1:45
  • Fixed a bug where junglers were getting the Monster Hunter penalties from SR and TT
Events:
  • Increased Loot Teemo's Health
  • Sudden Death Nexus Armor and MR reduced by ~10%
Base and Minions:
  • FIXED A MAJOR BUG WHERE MINIONS WEREN'T AGGRO'ING ON EACH OTHER CORRECTLY (they'd frequently ignore enemy minions)
  • Added particles and correct range indicators for the Fountain Laser."

Context & Notes

1) Maple Nectar noted some changes to damage coming sometime in 8.17:
"Reasonable video tbh. Wanted to clarify that we're going to be pulling some pure damage out of systems on either 8.16 or 8.17 (more likely 8.17, but we'll see) and then another pass after Worlds. Reworks for runes/items have to be preseason, but agree damage is too high rn"
