- Contractz has left Ember.
- Following a suspension, Liquid's Dardoch was moved to a substitute position. Moon was moved to the starting Jungle position for a brief period before Dardoch returned to the starting roster soon after.
- Kubz, a recent addition to the Cloud 9 coaching staff, parts ways with the team.
EU:

- [REMINDER] Riot has announced the location for the 2016 World Championship - 2016 World Championship will be held across North America September 29th - October 29th
- Group Stage: September 29-October 2 + October 6-9 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA
- Quarterfinals: October 13-16 at The Chicago Theatre in Chicago, IL
- Semifinals: October 21-22 at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY
