  • Riot has released an official competitive ruling upon Eduardo Kim, Alocs, and Chaos (g3nerationX) regarding the violation of interregional policy. Eduardo Kim is ineligible to join any team for the year of 2016. Alocs and Chaos have each been fined R$ 4,000.
  • g3nerationX has been relegated to the Challenger Circuit.
  • g3nerationX's jungler, Snowlz, has retired. 

Riot

  • [REMINDER] Riot has announced the location for the 2016 World Championship, the 2016 Mid-Season Invitational, and the 2016 International Wildcard Invitational!
    • 2016 World Championship will be held across North America September 29th - October 29th
      • Group Stage: September 29-October 2 + October 6-9 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA
      • Quarterfinals: October 13-16 at The Chicago Theatre in Chicago, IL
      • Semifinals: October 21-22 at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY
      • Finals: October 29 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA
  • 2016 Mid-Season Invitational will be held in  Shanghai, China May 4th - 15th
  • 2016 International Wildcard Invitational will be held in Mexico April 16 - 23rd.
