Here's the official release announcement for the new ALL-STAR 2015 content, including details on the new team icons (+ temporary finishers + emblems), ward skins, bundles, and more!
"As we head into the offseason, it’s time to celebrate our pro players at the 2015 All-Star Event (ASE). A showcase packed with displays of mastery, new game modes, regional brawls, player voted team comps, and a dash of hijinks for good measure.
The pinnacle of the ASE 2015 is the superteam showdown of Team Fire vs. Team Ice. Check out our lineup of 2015 All-Star goodies inspired by an epic elemental clash:
What's New?
- Team Fire and Team Ice Icons [November 30 - December 16]: Do you support Team Fire or Team Ice? Do you want to Sear and Incinerate the competition or do you prefer to freeze out your foes via Frostbite and Crystal Arrow? Grab a Team Fire or Team Ice icon for 250 RP.
If you have a Team Fire or Team Ice icon equipped during All-Stars, you can display a special in-game emote of your team’s logo by activating the mastery emote binding. In addition, you’ll also unlock a fiery or icy finisher.
A Finisher enhances your death-dealing by adding a fancy animation when you kill your hapless foes. On December 17, the emotes and finishers will retire as we head toward the start of a new competitive season.

Mystery Box
During All-Stars, you have a chance to grab an esports mystery skin for a short time.
Esports Mystery Box [December 10 - December 13]: Purchasing the Mystery Box will unlock an unowned esports skin for 490 RP. You can only unlock skins for champions you own. Feel free to buy it yourself or gift it to another player.
How to Cast Your Vote
Showing your Fire and Ice spirit isn’t the only way to participate in ASE 2015, cast your vote to decide the Pick 10 champions and your champion choice to get a new skin inspired by Team Fire or Team Ice to be released next year. If you cast an ASE 2015 vote before December 8, you’ll unlock the All-Star Icon.

All-Star 2015 Team Summoner Icons
As mentioned above, there are new TEAM FIRE and TEAM ICE summoner icons!
Each icon will also come with limited duration Emblems (think mastery emotes - control + 6 by default) and Finishers (special VFX when killing an enemy). While not permanent effects, using one of these two team icons between now and December 17th will active the special effects in-game!

Voting
Voting is also now open for the Pick 10, ALL-STAR ALL-STARS, and ALL-STAR champion skin!This year's ALL-STAR champion skin vote is between Diana, Nautilus, and Teemo, with the winner getting a FIRE or ICE inspired skin based on which team wins the event!
