11/22 PBE Update (Continued): Anivia Texture Update

Turns out Anivia also got a texture update in the 11/22 PBE patch! I apologize for missing it in the initial patch of PBE coverage and, since this is a pretty cool addition, I've stuffed it in it's own post for better visibility!
