How She Works
  • During the game, you’ll have four different exo-suits to choose from—Scarlet Fair, Zero Hour, Starswarm, and Royal Arms. Whenever you’re at your fountain, a UI will pop up, and you’ll have the option to switch exo-suits to fit whatever mood you’re in. 
Her Exo-suits
  • Scarlet Fair (Base): Built by Miss Fortune from her father’s blueprints, this highly-modified suit can fire a rotating barrage of bullets, antimatter tank shells, missiles, and antipersonnel flak discharges.
  • Zero Hour: A gravity-resistant exo-suit and so-called ‘black hole gun.’ Fires spheres of super-condensed dark matter.
  • Royal Arms: Capable of wiping out an entire fleet with its rapid-fire antimatter warheads, only a few of these suits were ever produced due to their immense destructive power.
  • Starswarm: A banned exo-suit that utilizes creatures born from exploding suns to melt Miss Fortune’s enemies.

Wait, did you say Summoner's Rift is faster? 
I did! We're trying to let people cut right to the fun of One For All, do the Wombo Combo™ a couple of times and then have the game end. During playtests, we found that the midgame was, by far, the most fun part of a game of OFA. Thus, most of the changes we made in this vein are intended to accelerate both teams into the midgame quickly, blend into the late-game for a while, and then tip decisively in the winning team's favor. As an extra benefit, being out-voted into a champion you don't like, or accidentally winding up in a really bad matchup isn't a big deal -- you can move onto the next game pretty quickly. 
Overall, we're shooting for a game length of 20-25 minutes. If you have a game that's significantly longer than that, we want to know about it!

Waveclear work for 8.6 or later 

Here's Riot Repertoir with a thread on waveclear changes now testing on the PBE:
It's been noticed that there are some changes to minions on the PBE, and those haven't been socialized at all, so here's a place to discuss those things. 
Basic Idea 
The changes are primarily aimed at making it more difficult to easily clear minion waves. I think that some version of that is good primarily because it means you'll have to spend more time in your lane actively managing the wave, resulting in increased time for you and your opponent to interact with each other. The more opportunities you have to interact with your opponent, the more you can demonstrate your own skill over them, and League could use a more opportunities to demonstrate skill over your opponent that don't necessarily manifest as "push and roam" strategies or other map-influencing strategies. This aims to improve the ability for players to beat their opponent in lane. There will certainly be balance outliers created on the top end as a result of this work, and they will need to be addressed if we move forward. 
There are additional changes to minion gold value that concentrate it into cannons without meaningfully altering the amount of gold gained from minions (especially pre 20 minutes). This is another tactic to create regular conflict between lane opponents. 
Straight up, I do NOT expect these changes to be immediately popular. Still, I could see doing them if I thought they increased the quality of the game over the long term especially. Both those things said, I'm not necessarily convinced this is the perfect list to get the best results. It's on the PBE regardless so that there can be conversation around it before things are finalized. 
Here are the changes: 
"Upgrades" occur every 3 waves, so using the melee minion example below, they go from gaining 18 Health (plus 0.3 per upgrade) every 3 waves to ganing 21 Health every 3 waves.

  • Loot strings for an upcoming event added, including newa  few loot descriptions. While these are likely new event purchasables, keep an eye out more in the near future.

    • Removed the in-combat state that would refresh R’s cooldown every time combat was entered

      • [Effect Changed] first attack after using Deceive now deals 10/20/30/40/50 (70% bAD)(+30% AP) and reduces Decieve's cooldown by 2.5 seconds.

    • Blade's End (Passive) damage changed from [75 - 175 (levels 1-11)] to [75 - 245 (levels 1-18)]
    • Shadow Assault (R) bonus AD ratio increased from 80% to 100%

    Dead Man's Plate
    • Unique Passive - Dreadnought no longer mentions momentum decays under effect of a slow or while basic attacking.
    • Unique Passive - Crushing Blow- [now discharges at any number stacks, slow still only occurs at max stacks and for melee only. now deals magic damage.].
    "Unique Passive - Crushing Blow Basic attacks deal 1 magic damage per stack of Momentum, discharging all stacks. At max stacks, if the attacker is melee, they also slow the target by 50% for 1 second."
        • Basic attacks now [discharge ~any~ amount stacks accumulated, dealing 1 damage per stack] from [discharging at 100 stacks and dealing 100 damage.]
        • Discharge damage is now magic damage instead of physical.

    Seraph's Embrace
    • Unique Active - Mana Shield 
      • mana cost lowered from 20% current mana to 15% current mana
      • shield duration lowered from 3 seconds to 2 seconds

    Shurelya's Reverie
