Context & Notes

1) Here's Riot Phroxzon with a preview of patch 12.19 balance:

2) Here's Riot Pehrek with final changes to Janna's VFX:

1) Here's the latest from the r/LeaguePBE feedback threads:

"Updates:
- Equinox (E) got quite a bit new particles in the center part
- Salvation (P) movements speed buff VFX got some butterflies added to the trail
- Golden elements on the model got a small polish to make it feel less green (this is intentionally not going too look like a clean gold thought)
- Starcall (Q) enemy hit SFX has been made more distinguishable
- Wish (R) SFX also has been polished
WE are not going to change Astral Infusion Color to blue (or even closer to blue) as it was already changed to not be pure green. Further changes to this element may cause unnecessary confusion."
"Update:
- SFX were polished to reduce their sharp/metallic feeling
- Blue color on Infernum was toned down a bit
Scarf color dependency on main hand weapon wont be added to this skin as it is already quite colorful.
No changes will be made to the hair as well - splash art shows quite different environment, atmosphere and pose to what you could see in game.
Binding Moonshot (Calibrum Q) detonation mark color is not something that can be changed for the skin as Classic does not have that functionality."
Updates:
- Shepherd of souls (P) graves have been adjusted: flower at the base was enlarged and we added some petals rain over the grave.
- We will work on improvements for Dark Procession (W) by working on texture colors and adding some VFX. However due certain limitations we may be unable to finalize them before release."
"Update:
Thanks for your feedback, after discussing it with the team, we're able to make these changes:
  • We've added tech to Syndra's hair and tassel so there's more flow. This is a unique case, where syndra's rig allowed us to adjust it, and even then, the changes to the tassel is minor, due to limitations. We will not always be able to add this tech during PBE cycle.
  • We've added more detail to the texture for Syndra's bangs.
Thanks for all your kind words on this skin, and the feedback! <3"
Update:
- SFX have been adjusted to give them more general presence
