9/21 PBE Update: Tentative Balance Changes & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 12.19 PBE cycle, today's patch includes tentative balance changes and details on skin updates!

Balance Changes

  • Flame Breath (E)
    • on-hit damage lowered from 3.75% max HP to 3.5% max HP
    • Dragon form base damage lowered from 100 - 160 to 75 - 135

"Sep 21st update: Hey y'all! We made a few changes to Janna's Q after the feedback we got! We are also adding a directional indicator for her Q tornado that will only be seen by allies! 🌪➡ 
  • Changes to Q tornado VFX
  • Q directional indicator for Janna and all of her skins 
    • Forecast Janna has her own unique Q directional indicator
This should hit PBE in the next deploy!
