5/18 PBE Update: Splash Tweaks, Loot Assets & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 12.10 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more splash art tweaks, loot assets, and more!

Update: 
Thanks for the feedback on the hat. Similar to PBEs in the past, we did not add the hat permanently or as a toggle. You can read more about what can be changed after PBE here
I understand that no changes to the hat can be frustrating, but we were able to make these changes:
  • SFX: We've adjusted Samira's AA to be more impactful. For her passive, we've made the tier poke out in the mix more to hear the rank stacks S tier. For her R we made a few changes to the volume. It will take some time for these changes to be updated in the PBE environment.
  • VFX: Q melee is pumped up. Some adjustment to the R AoE.

UPDATE PART II:
  • Increased the VFX presence of HN Viktor's staff orb after his Siphon Power Q1 augmentation to increase the visual difference from HN Viktor's base staff orb.
  • Adjusted the coloring of HN Viktor's staff orb after his Siphon Power's Q3 augmentation to reduce the misconception of a constant empowered AA.
  • Increased the visual intensity of HN Viktor's pre-augmented Death Ray (E) VFX.
  • Increase the volume of HN Viktor's Gravity Field's (W) stun SFX when he successfully entraps an enemy champion.

Update:
Thanks for your feedback! After discussing with the team we were able to make the following changes: 
Model: We made Tahm look a bit more like how he is in the Leona Splash by darkening around his eyes and adding more glow to the pupils. We also added a bit of green into his skintone and darkened it a touch. 
SFX: We added a whip crack to his Q. This change will take some time before it's updated in the PBE environment.
