Balance Changes

Champions
[Changelist]
- Assassin's Mark (Passive) damage increased from [29-170 (+40% AP)] to [35-182 (+55% AP)]
Graves
- New Destiny (Passive) pellet crit damage lowered from 30% to 20%
Kalista
- Rend (E) AD increased from 60% to 70%
Maokai
[Maokai has other changes on the PBE! - Changelist]
- Twisted Advance (W) damage increased from 60/85/100/125/150 to 60/85/110/135/160
Qiyana
- Base HP lowered from 590 to 520
- HP per level increased from 90 to 110
- Edge of Ixtal (Q) damage lowered bonus AD lowered from 90% to 80%
- Audacity (E) damage changed from [50/80/110/140/170 (+70% AP)] to [50/90/130/170/210 (+60% AP)]
Renekton
- Ruthless Predator (W)
- 11.19 changes reverted.
Riven
[Changelist]
- Ki Burst (W) damage increased from 55/85/115/145/175 to 65/95/125/155/185
- Valor (E) shield AD ratio increased from 100% to 120%
Varus
- Hail of Arrows (E) AD ratio increased from 60% to 90%

1) Here's Riot Phlox with the 11.22 balance changelist:
"11.22 Patch Preview with Content!
Small nudge to Gore but it'll still be a fair bit weaker than last patch. This is the last patch before preseason!"
