9/13 PBE Update: Icons Tweaks & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.19 PBE cycle, today's patch includes icon tweaks & tentative balance changes!

  • Ward skin renamed from "2021 Nightbringer Ward" to "Night & Dawn 2021 Ward"
  • Nightbringer Kayn summoner icons tweaked (around mouth)

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & potentially experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes from earlier this cycle! These are not official notes and may be incomplete.

Champions
Fizz
  • Nimble Fighter (Passive) 
    • [Removed] Higher damage reduction vs basic attacks
  • Seastone Trident (W)
    • Bonus on-hit damage lowered from 20/25/30/35/40 to 10/15/20/25/30
  • Playful / Trickster (E) 
    • cooldown lowered from 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 to 16/14/12/10/8
  • Chum the Waters (R) 
    • small shark damage increased from [150/225/300 (+70% AP)]  to [150/250/350 (+80% AP)]
    • medium shark damage increased from [200/275/350 (+85% AP)] to [225/325/425 (+100% AP)]
    • large shark damage increased from [250/325/400 (+100% AP)] to [300/400/500 (+120%)]

Renekton
  • Base HP increased from 575 to 600
  • HP Per Level increased from 87 to 92

TFT Champions

Tier 1
Kha'Zix
  • Damage lowered from 250/350/550 to 250/350/500
  • Isolation damage lowered from 750/1050/1650 to 750/1050/1500


Tier 3
Riven
  • Bonus AD increased from 90/100/110% to 90/100/115%

Nidalee
  • Attack speed increased from 30/50/70% to 30/50/75%


Tier 4
Karma
  • Damage increased from 230/290/850 to 230/300/850

Draven
  • % AD lowered from 170/180/400% to 150/160/400%
  • Damage lowered from 150/225/900 to 125/200/700

This one is focused on follow-up for 11.18, a few more pro-targeted changes, and one solo queue focused nerf (Sona)."

"Edited to add PBE Feedback Notes. 
What's Changing:
  • We will be adding more fluff to the model (via small model and texture tweaks) to better match the splash. This will be on PBE next week!
  • The sound designer will be taking a listen through the kit to make the SFX less soft/more impactful. This will be on PBE next week!
What's Not Changing:
  •  After chatting with our VO peeps and production, adding voice processing is unfortunately out of scope for this skin, as we’d need to do it for all languages, and it’s not as simple as moving a slider; all lines are hand processed."

Worlds 2021 Jarvan IV

Hello all! Thank you everyone that took the time to leave feedback. The team had a look and we decided no to make any changes to Worlds 2021 Jarvan IV at this time. We felt he is currently in a very solid state. Thank you again!
Nightbringer Kayn

  • Hello All! Thank you for the feedback. The team went through everything and made a couple of couple updates:
  • Nightbringer Kayn's ability SFX have been updated to provide a bit more impact.
  • His in-game facial model has been aligned with Base to help address his "Kayn Syndrome"

Dawnbringer Morgana

"UPDATE 
Hello All! Thank you everyone who left feedback. The team had a look and we were able to make a few updates:
  • Morgana's model lip color has been adjusted. Her lips will now appear more full and more closely align with Base.
  • Tormenting Shadow(W) now has unique VFX on enemy feet when they enter the AOE.
  • A VFX glow has been added to her 'empowered' arm to more closely align with previous Dawnbringer skins.

Nightbringer Tryndamere
"UPDATE 
Hello All! Thank you those that left feedback. The team had a look and we were able to make a couple of updates:
  • 'Spark' VFX have been added to his sword during various animations when it drags along the ground.
  • Nightbringer Tryndamere's Undying Rage (R) VFX have been updated slightly to address an issue with Sylas Hijack(R).
