7/14 PBE Update: Continued TFT Testing, Loot Assets, & Even More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.15 PBE cycle, today's patch includes continued TFT testing and a look at new Little Legends in action, loot assets, & more tentative balance changes!

Reckoning: Dawn of Heroes continues testing on the PBE! Here's the latest changelist from Riot Mort:

---Added a much stronger preference for him to not teleport in place. He still can, but only if there are no empty hexes for him to land in

Bug Fixes
-Rakan’s ability will no longer spam its feathery hit effect if his target dies just before they get hit.
-Rakan will no longer rarely perform his heal twice from a single ability cast
-Rakan’s heal will now heal for the correct amount 
-Radiant Zz’Rot Portal now properly spawns the Radiant Voidmother at combat start
-Radiant Frozen Heart’s attack speed slow is now correctly removed once units leave its 2-hex radius
-Sejuani’s ability will now properly deal damage to targets who are immune to CC"

  • Starsurge (Q) cooldown increased from 11/10/9/8/7 to 12/11/10/9/8

  • Rocket Grab (Q) AP ratio increased from 100% to 120%

  • Piltover Peacemaker (Q) AD ratio increased from 130/140/150/160/170% to 130/145/160/175/190%

  • Skip 'n Slash (E) attack speed lowered from 40/50/60/70/80% to 20/35/50/65/80%

  • Base MR lowered from 30 to 26

  • HP5 lowered from 4 to 2.5

  • Ferromancy (W) cooldown lowered from 13 to 11

  • Flay (E) cooldown increased from 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 to 13/12.25/11.5/10.75/10

  • Blade of the Ruined King (Q) 
    • Base damage lowered from 25/40/55/70/85 to 15/30/45/60/75
    • Bonus damage to monsters increased from 10 to 20
    • Healing from minions lowered from 50% to 10%

  • Featherstorm (R) cooldown lowered from 160/145/130 to 140/120/100
