The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.2 PBE cycle, today's patch includes the splash art for Lunar Beast Viego, continued TFT testing, and more tentative balance changes!

Continued TFT Fates II Testing

Hello everyone. Here is today's patch notes for the PBE! 
---Fixed an issues that caused certain attack animations to not play on the following champions: Nasus, Tristana, Brand, Braum, Aurelion Sol, Swain, Rakan, Xayah, Ornn, Nautilus, Neeko, Tryndamere, Darius, Olaf.
If you see a champion failing to play an animation (the character freezes briefly when they should be attacking) please report it! 
-Lucky Lanterns
---Now appear after the mid-stage Carousels (Round 5) instead of at the beginning of a Stage (Round 1) 
-Zz’Rot Portal
---Construct now gains bonus 0/0/10/20/40/80/120/200 Armor and MR based on the Stage 
---HP: 400/800/1200/1800 >>> 400/700/1100/1600 
1 Cost
---Now targets the position of his pillar at the end of his cast time rather than at the start
---Spell Damage: 175/275/450 >>> 200/300/500
---Attack Speed: 0.65 >>> 0.7 (previous change didn’t go through)
---Spell Damage: 400/600/1000 >>> 400/600/900
---Damage per Hex: 25% >>> 20% (revert)
2 Cost
---Removed floating combat text on blocked damage.
3 Cost
---Should no longer get stuck in her flying animation for an extended period of time if stunned while flying.
5 Cost
---Spell AD %: 60/70/80% >>> 50/60/80%
---Unforgotten Damage: 300/500/1500 >>> 350/600/1500
---Fixed a bug where you could be given an extra Ornn Artifact if you combined Ornns while one was finishing an Artifact."

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & potentially experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes from earlier this cycle! These are not official notes and may be incomplete.

  • Five Point Strike (Q) cost increased from 120/110/100/90/80 to 120/115/110/105/100

  • AD per level increased from 2.88 to 3.3

Dr. Mundo
  • Infected Cleaver (Q)
    • HP refund on hit increased from 40% to 50%
    • HP refund on kill increased from 80% to 100%
  • Masochism (E)
    • Damage increased from 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% to 4/4.5/5/5.5/6%
  • Sadism (R)
    • Healing increased from 50/75/100% to 60/85/110%

  • Venomous Bite (Spider Q) damage lowered from 70/110/150/190/230 to 70/105/140/175/210

  • HP per level increased from 92 to 97
  • Sigil of Malice (Q) Mana lowered from 50/60/70/80/90 to 50/55/60/65/70
  • Ethereal Chains (E) 
    • Damage reverted from 50/87.5/125/162.5/200 to 50/70/90/110/130
    • Secondary damage reverted from 80/140/200/260/320 to 80/120/160/200/240

  • Attack speed ratio increased from 0.2 to 0.3
  • Absolution (Passive)
    • Non kill ghoul spawn chance increased from 22% to 28%
    • Gold from ghouls increased from 3 to 8
  • Piercing Darkness (Q)
    • Healing ratios changed from [(40% AD)(25% AP)] to [(50% AD)(40% AP)]

  • Starcall (Q)
    • Health restore increased from 50/60/70/80/90 to 50/65/80/95/110
  • Astral Infusion (W)
    • Heal increased from [80/115/150/185/220 (+60% AP)] to [90/125/160/195/230 (+70% AP)]

  • Base AD increased from 55 to 57
  • Base movespeed increased from 340 to 345
  • Blade of the Ruined King (Q) 
    • Active damage increased from [30/40/50/60/70 (+50% AD)] to [25/40/55/70/85 (+60% AD)]
    • Bonus damage against monsters cap increased from 50 to 80
  • Harrowed Path (E) movespeed AP increased from [3% per 100 AP] to [4% per 100 AP]

"We've made following changes to SHS Neeko:

Dancing Grenade (Q): 4th bounce should be more visible ('hotter') when it's going to deal maximum damage

Curtain Call (R): Added more oomph to last shot SFX (similarly to passive)
"We decided to not make any changes to the skin."
"No notable changes made to the Skin."
"Karma Post-PBE Notes:
  • The team discussed Karma's skin tone feedback, and will not be mnaking changes to lighten it. We feel that the current tone is aligned with her base.
  • Bug fix: Scrtipt was updated so her Mantle of Decorum animated and glowed properly.
  • Added glowing eyes to Mantra (R).
  • Inspire (E) shield spawn VFX have been polished, should be smoother.
  • Mantra (R) + Focused Resolve (W) tether has been polished, it's now easier to differentiate from her unempowered Focused Resolve (W).
  • Minor texture updates during Mantra (R) to make her more glowy."
"Shyvana Post-PBE Notes:
  • Bug fix: Minimized major clipping.
  • Bug fix: Slowed down her death animation, as it was playing too quickly.
  • Bug fix: Flame Breath (E) VFX are no longer invisible, and have also been polished - satisfation around the missile, rebalancing some of the AoE VFX.
  • Dragon's Descent (R) VFX have been updated, should feel more satisfying."

Ruined Draven

"Draven Post-PBE Notes 
  • Axe design will be remaining as-is. Context: The design was meant to be different from anything his current catalog as to offer. Additionally, the design is also in line with Viego/Ruined shape language.
  • Similarly, the triangle will also be remaining pointy. We did discuss similarities with PROJECT, but feel that the Shadow Isles vibe of the design keep it differentiated."

fixed a bug when Karma's preview images were using her Mantra stance
fixed a bug when Nautilus' anchor was using parent skin colors during Dredge Line (Q)
Shyvana's chest emblem is now uniquely colored to match Chroma theme in her Dragon Form
we've decided to not to change Shyvana's Dragon Form eyes color to make it serve as a link to the abilities VFX 
Edit. Jan 8th: Karma's hair have been updated!"
