4/3 PBE Update: SKT T1 S3 World Champ Skins for Jax, Lee Sin, Vayne, and Zyra

The PBE has been updated with a ton of new SKT T1  content to celebrate their S3 World Championship win back in October, including themed skins for Jax, Lee Sin, VayneZyra and a SKT T1 Ward skin!

New Skins

The long awaited skins to celebrate SKT T1 as the S3 World Champions are here and will all be priced at 750 RP! Well, all here except for SKT T1 Zed - he ain't got no models or textures yet but should be here tomorrow.

Balance Changes

* Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out! These are not official notes.

  • Mana per level increased to 70 from 45
  • Base movement speed increased to 350 from 340
  • Null Sphere ( Q ) AP ratio on shield increased to .6 from .3
  • Nether Blade ( W ) damage increased to 40/75/110/145/180 ( + .7 ) from 45/65/90/115/140 ( +.6)
  • Base armor lowered to 9.3 from 13.3.
  • [Context: Turns out this is just an error. According to ricklessabandon on twitter: "yeah, totally a mistake. when her skt skin was added to the pbe files, it reverted the global +4 armor buff" ]

Blackfire Torch
  • No longer grants 5% movement speed

Hextech Sweeper
  • Total cost increased to 2130 from 2000
  • Now builds out of Glacial Shroud + Kindle Gem instead of Fiendish Codex + Kindlegem
  • No longer grants 40 AP
  • Now grants 250 Mana and 25 Armor

Looks like the Dominion specific revive trinket might be hitting the PBE soon. A new trinket with the Revive icon is in the shop but doesn't quite work just yet.
