11/25 PBE Update: Snow Day Singed, Winter Wonder Lulu, High Noon Yasuo, and more!

The PBE has been updated with several new goodies, including a new Snow Day Singed skin, a new Winter Wonder Lulu Skin, High Noon Yasuo ready for testing, and numerous balance changes, particularly for the preseason jungle items.

New Skins

Two of the upcoming Snowdown 2013 skins, Snow Day Singed and Winter Wonder Lulu, have made it into this PBE patch. Nothing on the third skin, Snowstorm Sivir, yet!

 Snow Day Singed is currently missing several particles - it seems like he'll have new vfx for Q, W, and R.

Just wanted to let you know that this year's Snowdown Showdown skins (Snow Day Singed, Snowstorm Sivir andWinter Wonder Lulu) are hitting the PBE today. You're going to notice some roughness and missing bits and pieces - this is because the Snowdown skins are still incomplete. We're planning to round the skins out over the course of their stay on the PBE, fixing bugs and evaluating feedback as the skins develop.

Yasuo Splash & High Noon Yasuo

Yasuo's Splash added to the PBE, previously we had only had access to it from his champion reveal.


High Noon Yasuo is also now available for testing! It features a full set of particles, a new sounds for his Q ( gunshot! ) and /dance ( harmonica! ), and more!
(Ququroon has also confirmed the name of Yasuo's western themed release skin as "High Noon Yasuo" and that the in-game display of "Desperado Yasuo" is incorrect.)

Skarner Disabled Due to bugs

Skarner's rework is currently on the PBE... but it is disabled due to bugs.

Balance Changes

  • Base mana increased to 250 from 230
  • Mana Regen Per Second increased to 1.4 from 1.25
Yasuo
  • Base attack damage increased to 49 from 48
  • Attack damage per level reduced to 3.2 from 3.6

  • Health return on hit increased to 5 from 3
Madred's Razors
  • Health return on hit increased to 5 from 3

  • Health and Mana regen removed
  • New Passive - Entrap: Restores 12% of damage dealth to monsters as health and 6% as mana ( one-Third effect for AoE spells )
Spirit of the Elder Lizard

  • Bounty Hunter Passive changed to "Conservation: Upon Killing a large or epic monster, grants up to 40 gold based on last time conservation triggered"

  • Now grants +10 magic pen
  • "8% spell damage dealth to monsters restored..." passive removed.

  • Bounty Hunter Passive changed to "Conservation: Upon Killing a large or epic monster, grants up to 40 gold based on last time conservation triggered"

  • Butcher's bonus damage to monsters increased to 25% from 20%.
  • New passive - Entrap: Restore 12% of damage dealt to monsters as Health and 6% as Mana. (One-third effect for area of effect spells).

  • Total Cost reduced to 1650 from 1800
