7/14 PBE Air Client Only Update: Aegis and Locket Changes

EDIT: Looks like these changes have been pushed to the PBE with a game client patch on 7/15

A rather oddly timed weekend update has been pushed to the PBE. This is an AIR CLIENT only patch - meaning these changes are not able to be tested in game yet and, judging by strange timing, may not have been ready to be pushed out yet.

Balance Changes
( Editor's note: As for MR items and discussion , please remember the addition of Spectre's Cowl, Spellbreaker, and the updates to Banshee's Veil and Spirit Visage - all MR items - in the earlier PBE patch )

Jayce
( Note: These are in weird place right now. For the most up to date list of Jayce changes, I would suggest going to Xypherous's post on the subject. Most of the changes below reflect that list but there are numbers/ratios missing due to it being an AIR only patch )

• Base Damage lowered to 44.5 from 46.5
• To the Skies ( Q ) damage changed to 40/90/140/190/240 from 25/75/125/225
• Lightning Field ( W ) cooldown now 10 at all ranks from 13/12/11/10/9
• Lightning Field ( W ) basic attacks changed to 20/25/30/35/40 from 20/30/40/50/60.

Aegis of the Legion

• Total cost reduced to 2000 from 2150
• Health lowered to 200 from 250
• No longer gives MR
• Aura now gives 20 MR up from 15
• Aura no longer gives armor.
• No longer gives stats to minions.

Locket of the Iron Solari
( Reworked to build out of Aegis )

• Now builds out of Aegis of the Legion + Recipe Cost
• Total cost 2600
• Grants 300 health, 20 armor, 10% CDR.
• Grants Unique Aura - Legion: Grants Allies 20 MR and 10 Health Regen per 5
• Grants Unique Active: Grants a shield to nearby allies for 5 seconds that absorbs up to 50 ( +10 per level ) damage ( 60 second cool down )

Runic Bulwark

• Removed, worked into new Locket of the Iron Solari and upated Aegis of the Legion
