Update: Patch has been pushed back 24 hours and will now come on 3/29. The NA thread has not been updated but the EUW and EUNE posts have.
Server maintenance for patch 3.50 ( Yes, 3.50, not 3.05 ) has been scheduled! Servers will come down at 2 AM PDT for NA, 3 AM GMT for EUW, and 2 AM GMT+1 for EUNE.

"Summoners,
On 3/28/13, starting at 00:30 PDT, ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 3.50. At 2:00 PDT, the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 6 hours."
No word yet on what exactly will make it to live this patch. While replays, the Karma relaunch, and the Howling Abyss are all on the PBE, they are still being iterated upon and it's unclear when they will be released to live. Zac and balance changes are the only things that I can confidently say will be in this patch.
