Howling Abyss Temporarily Disabled on PBE

Howling Abyss, the upcoming ARAM map, has temporarily been disabled for PBE testing.

Here is the announcement by Riot NOC:

"Summoners, after the patch to PBE today at 2pm PST, The Howling Abyss will be ineligible to be played on. This should only be a temporary situation and we hope to have it back available to you within the week."
