Patch Preview for 1.0.0.115 is up

Riot just posted their newest installment of the patch preview. Lots of interesting changes this go around. Highlights mentioned include nerfs to the items Wriggles Lantern and Heart of Gold, Teemo and Nocturne nerfs, Cassiopeia buffs, Twisted Fate bug fixes, and nerfs to Tanky DPS in general. If you've been following the forums, or even the posts here, none of these changes should come as much of a surprise.

    I totally disagree with the changes Riot makes, it seems every patch they have to nerf or buff someone, just make the game balanced to begin with, am i right?

    Completely agree with Remi; it's unnecessary to completely nerf and buff different classes with every patch. It is a nice change every now and then, but just make it more balanced to begin with!
