10/26 PBE Update: Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.22 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more tentative Rune balance changes!

Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Items
Remnant of the Aspect
  • Unique Passive - Spoils of War damage increased from [320 (+20 per level)] to [320 (+40 per level)]

Runes
Dark Harvest (Domination Keystone)

  • Soul harvest stack damage increased from 4 to 6
  • [Removed] Souls harvest stacks no longer give AD or AP
  • Damage changed from [50-140 (based on level) (+4 damage per soul) (+20% bonus AD) (+10% AP)] to [50-140 (+6 damage per soul)(+25% bonus AD)(+15% AP)]
  • [Full Tooltip]:
"Damaging a Champion below 50% health deals adaptive damage and harvests their soul, permanently increasing Dark Harvest's damage by 6. 
Dark Harvest damage: 50-140 (based on level) (+6 damage per soul) (+25% bonus AD)(+15% AP) 
Cooldown: 45s (reset on takedown)"

Context & Notes

1) Riot Rovient noted a new iteration of Dark Harvest in today's PBE Update:
"Another PBE Dark Harvest update tomorrow: players are hitting larger stacks than anticipated which has revealed that we shouldn't tie stacks to AP/bAD ratios. Removed those today and boosted flat soul damage instead."
