9/19 PBE Update: New Splash Art and More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 7.19 PBE cycle, today's patch includes splash arts for the three new Immortal Journey skins as well as Arclight Yorick, and  more tentative balance changes!

Splash art for Arclight Yorick and the three Immortal Journey skins for Janna, Master Yi, and Fiora are now on the PBE:

Balance Changes

Ardent Censer
  • Passive effect's Attack speed bonus reverted from [20 - 40%] to [20 - 35%]
  • Passive damage reverted from [20 - 40] to [20 - 35]
  • [Tooltip updated for clarity.]

Bramble Vest
  • Total Cost lowered from 1200 to 1000
    • Combine cost lowered from 600 to 400
  • Armor reverted from 40 to 35
  • Damage reflect lowered from 20 to 15

Thornmail
  • Combine cost increased from 300 to 500
    • [Total cost unchanged, accounts for Bramble Vest cost change]

2) Meddler on Brand's changes being reverted, but will be back for testing in a later cycle:
"Brief bit of passing context on those changes - expect them to vanish from the PBE this week (probably tomorrow) and then return in a modified form the patch after. We're at the point where we need to lock down the patch and that Brand stuff needs a bit more work."
